Complete gameplay of BS F-Zero Grand Prix - Knight League for the Satellaview.
The Satellaview was an adapter exclusive for the Super Famicom, it was only released in Japan, in its content you could download games and play them in a specific day time.
These games don't work very well in emulators, because the majority of emulators lacks of the Satellaview adapter, which means the games could be corrupted, this can be fixed with a patch, regardless this patch lets you play the game, it still contains a record ghost car glitch.
In these games it weren't supposed to be any music, but the patch put the music back on.

So let me get this straight: You have to wait 1 minute to read instructions, wait for the game to load, watch a trial lap, have 20 seconds to pick a machine, and race for 5 minutes? This game is flat out weird, but I might play it in the future just to see how it really handles.

I believe it was meant to be played as a conquest, so the animator (The guy who controls the conquest) make comments while waiting for the cooldown, it is not boring as it seems, as waiting for the gameplay to begin also helps to rest a bit.

I also did a bit of research on this game today. It turns out that the intro is ripped from the broadcast, so that's why there's pauses.

Yes, but not with every track. The forest, and metal fort tracks are unplayable as of now

I always wanted to play BS F-Zero Grand Prix on an emulator since I'm no longer able to play in the Satellaview I wanted to buy.
maybe the record ghost car isn't a bug, and it's a feature :P
The timer stuff is cause of how it's meant to be broadcasted, right?
