Journalist and mental health advocate, Bryony Gordon, joins Emma Tracey to talk about her latest book, Mad Woman. They discuss binge eating, beating alcohol addiction, recoveries and relapses, as well as the part exercise plays in Bryony's life. She outlines how her thinking and approach to mental health has changed radically over the last few years.
