Bryan Johnson: age reversal as social movement. With Oliver Zolman, Ryan Smith, and Simon Sakhai.
Ойын-сауық
The Oxford Society of Ageing and Longevity host an exciting online talk with three leading figures who are helping to make longevity the next major social phenomenon.
Bryan Johnson, the "viral tech billionaire" who recently gained fame for his $2 million a year quest to reverse his biological age, will share his thoughts and experiences on his public effort. Bryan sparked a global conversation on age reversal, longevity science, and the future of preventative health. This includes the launch of the "Rejuvenation Olympics," a global leaderboard that measures the most profound reversal of biological age.
Ryan Smith, VP of Tru-Diagnostics and co-host of the Rejuvenation Olympics, will also share insights into cutting-edge epigenetic age testing and technology that makes it possible for individuals to track their progress on their rejuvenation journeys.
Oliver Zolman, the MD who oversaw the team of clinicians working on Bryan's health program, will also join and share his experiences working so closely with Bryan, and being given carte blanche to curate a cornucopia of evidence-based rejuvenation methods.
Simon Sakhai, moderator of the discussion, is the President of the Oxford Society and Longevity, and founder of Jung.

Wow, for people to sling “a colosal amount of hate” to you Bryan is moronic! Bryan is amazingly inspirational and fantastically quasi-unbelievable! He is a brainiac pioneer and we should all improve ourselves with his learnings and elevate our primitive thinking to how we can collectively be our best and improve! We NEED an army of Bryans who are adaptable to the learnings and generous with sharing the data! Bravo! Standing ovation!

People who hate are none value people. All that hate will come back on them. People who hate hate themselves.
Bryan is the most trustworthy person out there.
Great interview! Love the way you have put the three together. I have been following Bryan from the begin I knew he would bring us great things. 👍♥️ Spain.
Amazing! Ty for sharing!
Someone who does good N=1 work is Michael Lustgarten PhD and shows his results. Recommend his KZread channel under his name. I think Huberman is good, a fire hose of information which one has to be careful to curate. Rhonda Patrick PhD puts out good information. A lot of people, including scientists, seem to push pills, and hardly ever disclose research which shows lifestyle interventions which do the same or better. The NMN/NAD+ hype is a good example.

Huberman is close to being a quack. Rhonda Patrick is a small step better. Lustgarten I'd agree with as worth following.

Rhonda Patrick sold Resveratrol which went to nowhere. Same with broccoli sprouts, just a generic glutathione trigger
