19 times.. that’s personal. No signs of break-in. He let the person in. I wonder how much did the detectives actually do there’s a lot of information just base on your summary. Phone records? Why weren’t his close friends interviewed? Someone dropped the ball on his case. Hope this brings some light to it. My condolences to his family.

His murderer is probably still lurking within his family’s circle. Rest in peace Kirk🕊️

The amount of people who're either dead or sitting in prison for murder, because of jealousy for another man or woman is insane.

Those labs have other cold cases to deal with as well as current cases being piled on daily. I personally think the key to getting this or any other case looked at again is publicity. Share share share this video to inform/remind everyone that this young man was brutally murdered while his killer (or killers) got to go on with life. Spread the word, get people fired up about this and help this family get that justice they deserve.

@@phaedrapage4217 exactly - if you cant pay for private re-examination at a reputable and court-approved company, your best bet is getting *passionate people* interested and involved - people who will write letters, tweet at the DA, and keep your loved one's name at the forefront of the brains of the people who decide which cases are getting reviewed.

I very much agree. I just found this channel, and I'm glad I did! I just told my best friend about this channel as well because he's great at what he does!

He definitely knew the person and let them in, or the person came in with him when he came back in from the store. To think the person that did this is just out there living life is horrible. May Kirk continue to sleep peacefully. I hope this family get closure.

No signs of force entry definitely tells me he knew his killer(s) and was most likely set up. His grandmother sent him away to live with Aunt n Uncle to keep him safe... looks to me someone in his circle found out where he was. This is so sad, especially for the aunt n uncle who discovered his body. Whoever did this, definitely did it for revenge. R.I.P Kirk. So sorry this happened to you.
