I love that musical connection between the Bruno and the cellist on the right side of the conductor. WHY IS IT SO PERFECT

I love to watch him play, struggle, trance, feel, convey, concentrate, resist and accept the music. The same with Alexander Malofeev on the piano for instance.

i love how foot shuffles for applause in band is a universal thing, as well as the applause being normal, then suddenly it becomes rhythmic and everyone does it

Such a fabulous talent and not an easy concerto to put across. Have to say that as important as the Italian cello Mr. Philippe plays is, in my opinion, it's a bit mono-chromatic as a solo instrument. When played at forte and beyond, the color remains quite unchangeable. It might be the strings too,
