Kurt made the mistake of underestimating an opponent. He should know better from his years of competition at the highest of highest.

I will never not be on Puders side in this, it was outrageous bullying but they didn't realize there was someone in the bunch who could actually fight a bit and he embarrassed Kurt

It was an Amateur Wressling match and POS Puder went for a submission..Thats a CHEAP tactic in an attempt to show Kurt Angle up. I will never be on the side of a cheap shot artist like POS Puder

Prob not the best move for a rookie reality show contestant to shoot on a main eventer on live TV. I guess nobody told him he was supposed to do the job.

It sounds like a lot of excuses. Kurt was embarrassed, plain and simple.

I thought it was hilarious. Kurt had no problem hurting Chris Nuroki who knew nothing . I wish Puder didn't ever let his back touche the mat and found a way to make Kurt tap . Kurt was a bully and i hate bullies that prey on people who have no idea how to fight

I love the show. . Here is a few challenges with the story. 1. Watch how i did up downs.. i wooped everyone. 2. Cheating. Or winning. They were messing with us, people only remember that I caught Kurt. 3. Watch my back. Never on the ground & amature is 3 seconds, Greco-Roman & freestyle is touch. I respect Kurt for his accomplishments and would love to have a last run to wrestle him..

there was no "earpiece" during the match, the whole pin was the ref acting on his own trying to protect Angle. No one in Gorilla and no one on commentary knew what the ref was going to do, the quick count was all unscripted and just a reaction to the situation. This comes from Jimmy (the ref the counted the pin fall) telling his side of the whole story.

The Alfredo and milk is diabolical. Guys must have been washed up.

Old school training really!? thats borderline cruelty wonder why so many wrestlers in the 80s 90s early 00s did drugs with training like that I think it was a hoax for all the old timers to razzle the new guys who had a dream to wrestle I highly doubt Bruce ever did any training like that except maybe eat three bowls of that pasta.

It also didn’t help that Puder lacked humility especially for a new guy coming in. It doesn’t take much to rub people the wrong way, especially the WWE locker room in those days. But I hope Puder is doing well now

@theculling497 As other commenter said they were forcing them to do a bunch of exercises and eating that pasta and drinking the milk to gas them out and “rig” the competition. If they’d forced everybody to eat the food and drink the milk like he said they would’ve been so bloated and feeling like crap from being weighed down from all that food and dairy that they wouldn’t have stood a chance. Simply holding the food down after being ran through all the exercises would have been a miracle on its own much less wrestling Kurt. But he points out that Puder wasn’t eating all the food or going after the exercises like he was supposed to and was conserving his energy. It was such a misstep by WWE in all of this. The entire idea was silly but if they wanted to do it like Bruce said then they needed to strictly enforce the thing they’d planned out

Whenever I hear this story all I think is why weren't these guys just smartened up? Guys this is work, in this Angle you are going to..." All this came from the stupid need to maintain kayfebe.
