@ElectricGeek I recently bought blu ray sets of Cheers and Frasier that may be the worst sets known to man. Extremely flimsy and absolutely awful mismatched spines. That Bruce Lee set is missing something, a remaster of that crap Bruce Lee Dragon Mega Drive game.

It’s definitely been a Bruce Lee fortnight,with this box and enter the dragon being released. 🐉

I have the red one, and i personally think the individual cases inside are better in the red edition, really don't think there's much in it, absolutely fantastic boxset

Nicely done....like yourself, I'm not a HUGE Bruce Lee fan... So opted against this pre order.... But nonetheless.... It's a great looking set.

Yeah, i couldn’t justify the £130 on release. Especially with where my own finances are at the moment but it’s cracking set and it will get u into bruce lee if u do get it. I’ve enjoyed working my way thru the films and features. If this drops to around £75 at black Friday i’m for it

Absolute dynamite review mate and not being biased but that’s one of the best box sets I’ve seen. Looks made for the fans proper set. The artwork and the amount in that is an absolute bargain! Take your time mate no rush I want you to see it for yourself! Next time I see you I’ll be quizzing you so I’m expecting a white vest and a pair of nunchucks roon your neck! Top review

@@TheCampfather nah not yet, still recovering from the game of death 🥴 lol Although the newly cut together The final game of death was excellent. Basically just 50mins of the beat of game of death. Cutting out all the shite before it with a newly filmed intro to kinds give bruce lee’s original idea some context before the extended /restored podoga scene 👌

Great job mate, you took your time and let us have a proper look at it. I'm not a martial arts fan at all, but when I seen the pre-order months ago for whatever reason I was tempted, never pulled the trigger tho. Couldn't justify it for something I wasn't 100% on.

Very nice Set, not a huge Lee fan myself, and only like ETD like yourself ordered the special edition from hmv... I Heard a rumour Bruce Lee was beaten in a fight by a Stuntman called Cliff Booth ???

Haha! Can’t find anything about it on the many special features but that sounds familiar to me also? 🤔💭😂 Watched Game of Death with my bro last night. We enjoyed it but for all the wrong reasons. What a mess of a film that is but the footage of him fighting in the podoga makes it just about worth it. Great feature length docu-film about what that film would likely have been. Sounded great compared to what golden harvest cobbled together

50th Anniversary mate . I got the Warner brothers boxset featuring Enter the Dragon in 4K. The bluray version is rated 18 , and the 4K version is 15 lol . It has 2 versions of the movie . I can't watch it though. I'm going to see it in the cinema next week. Great review , too expensive for me.

I bet it does not have the Original cinema version of EtD though ....it has the '40th anniversary footage' instead that was not in the original cinema version.....so that needs to be released.....so far that has NOT happened.😒

Great review. Love Game of Death, total cult classic, maybe even more than Enter the Dragon which I know is unusual. Big Bruce fan so that's a great product 👌

@@ElectricGeek I know it not a cinematic classic by any means but got to love the climbing of levels beating different opponents to get to the top. Why didn't they all rush him lol, for its time though inspiration for many video games I'm sure. If you want a real laugh check out "the last dragon" about a guy from harlem who idolises Bruce Lee, got to love an 80s cult classic. Think original "No retreat, no surrender" had a similar theme too. Enjoyed that review immensely mate, that box set is awesome.

It sure looks great, and Bruce Lee was the man. But my set is a rip off. Only 5 disks can be played, and it´s only the Documentary disks and Enter the Dragon. None of Bruce Lee first films work. Big Boss, and Big Boss the Mandarin cut, Fist of Fury, The Way of the Dragon and Game of Death. I hope you have more luck then me 😀

I have been a fan since forever. I'm also terrible with blu ray players. Mine is at least 7 years old and dose not play 4k. I thougt my 5 mane movies were flawed/broken. Course my player playes only Enter the Dragon, and Game of Death ll, and final Game of Death, and The Legend. I will now try to buy a 4k blu ray player ♡ I feel like a such a fool. 😆
