I love this 'Sequel' version of the song; it's hard to believe it's been 9 years already since the 'Book of Souls' album, where I first heard 'If Eternity Should Fail.' Time flies.

More than 9 years--BoS release was delayed 1 1/2 years due to Bruce's throat cancer.
Can't beleve it that this song wuld be one of my Favorite on this Album. Just outstanding. Eternity/Humanity has really failed if you see all those Wars going on in our Beautiful World! Well done Bruce, Wellllll Done sir 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌

@@madpriest7822 not just 10 years and not just this song, but Sonata was recorded in 99’, they have improved only the instrumental’s, but Bruce’s voice is original. Bruce said that in interviews.

By the way, I don't hear the SIT influences you're talking about, nonetheless I try to appreciate everyone's opinion

This song was a pleasant surprise, as well as the album itself. Love it.
Great song.. Bruce's vocals sound fantastic and the backing music is great. The new album sounds awesome. Hopefully Bruce gets the chance to play some USA dates. I would love to see Bruce performance live of these songs. Rock on Bruce! 🤟😝🤟

I love almost all those other albums but I'm bored with this album. It's just not that interesting to me unfortunately. Where's all the punchy guitars and the solos from Roy Z. I'm glad everybody else is loving it I just hope they play a lot of other old stuff at the observatory next month in California.
Good to hear Bruce rocking out with some melody for a change. Still has the golden pipes.
