at 9:21 Bruce said Jeff Skinner hasn't experienced 5-on-5 playoff hockey in a long time...Skinner never had ONE NHL playoff game

Splitting hairs here but he did play Playoffs for the Kitchener Rangers in 09-10, Bruce did not specify NHL playoffs.

@@tylermulek yup! i know he played back in juniors lol but it's so way back that cannot be a reference for competitive NHL playoffs games. Totally different level here. I'm still confident tho, Skinner scored a decent amount of goals with BUFFALO he'll be better with Edmonton
This deal could be a steal for the Oilers. My NHL hockey news yearbook last year had him as the Sabres 3rd overall best prospect.
Would Savoie be the first choice injury cover for Arvidson or Skinner?

Skinner doesn’t get hurt as often as arvidson

Anyone surprised that Buffalo would trade a 9th OA pick for a third liner and a B level (at best )prospect just two years after he was drafted? You won't be soon.

It is a head scratcher.
I just don’t know if i see Nuge as a Center anymore. Doesn’t seem like a guy that can drive his own line but rather facilitate, which is why he’s so good on the wing.

Agreed that's why I'd trade him for Laine. I love nuge. But that would be my homerun swing. Laine could score 80 on this team. Nuge has a ntc so probably couldn't happen. Maybe Kane then. Idk, I'd just love to see mcdavid with Laine
Going back to G Straight? Come on. Going back to Hank W Sr, Jimmie Rodgers, etc is going back. It's also better music IMO!
