Bruce and Chantel met while singing together in a local choir, Diligam Ensemble, with other Mennonite young people. Since their love of music drew them together, they wanted music to be part of their wedding. Some of the singers who had sung with them then are in the choir, including the conductor, Micah Wadel. Join them on their special day, and reflect on God's beautiful creations of marriage and music.

Mennonite are part of the Anabaptist legacy stretching back to the 1500s AD when their forefathers woke up and left the Catholic church realizing so much was unbiblical. One of them at the time was a man named Menno Simons. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menno_Simons

@Henrietta Goldsmith Mennonites are a group of Christians who believe in following Jesus' words that he gave in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), as well as other commands given by Jesus and the apostles in the New Testament. This young couple are both Mennonites. -Lynn

I must say that the tradition among Mennonite weddings to leave in a fancy car is unlike Christ. Christ's teachings on $$ are quite the opposite. Otherwise beautiful wedding.
