Loved the end result but you shouldn't have poured the hot jelly mixture into plastic containers. Glass containers would've been a safer n healthier option. Anything hot reacts with plastic....just a suggestion

I see most cooking videos, people use plastic ladle, colander and while popping popcorn they directly heat with the pack.... I wonder why nobody is concious of using plastic in heat

Lovely easy dessert Thank you. I made this but the water and sugar amounts need to be adjusted. Make the jelly using 1 and a half cups of water and use half a cup of sugar in the milk mixture. Also let the milk mixture cool down to lukewarm temperature to prevent the jelly from melting. Otherwise a very tasty, refreshing, colorful dessert. I substituted dairy milk with coconut milk.

I think not. You will not get a firm texture with cornflour. Use either jelly or gelatine

Cornstarch n cornflour function is not the same as agar or gelatine powder. It wont make the jelly firm.
