Many thanks for the info! I was able to locate the manual right away…didn’t realize there was one in there. My issue was broken wire right at drain pump connection, was glad to find it, easy fix! Thanks for sharing, saved me $500 on new washer!

Mine was a drain pump. Ran the tests as you showed. Pulled the pump and wired it up direct. It was clearly broken. Thank you for the help

This video saved me. I cant find my manuel anywhere and I needed the diagnostic codes. Turns out my agitator just had something clogging it. Looked like some dirt or maybe rust particles. Manuel mode tested everything got some water in it and ran the agitator a few cycles then drained it. Seems to have broken up whatever was jamming it. Thank god.

i also have the rust issue, but the washer runs great in diagnostic mode just not real life we need to wash clothes mode lol

Thank you! My system showed my Lid Lock and drain not working. I replaced the Lid Lock retested and it was all set. Now onto the Drain Pump Motor then I'll recheck system...

annnnnnnnnd of course, i run auto test and individual tests and everything appears to work in diagnostic mode. Pumps fill ,it cycles and drains , but once i try to use a wash cycle it plays dumb LOL Trying to figure that one out now, it seems to skip the water filling and goes to agitate mode. i was hoping for an easy diagnostic test to show a pump failure but naaaaah thats too easy. now i have to figure out how much time i waste researching this gremlin before i decide on blowing it up.

If it skips the water filling, then the machine thinks it’s already full. (Trying to help you think through options.)

The lid latch is a common wear item. Your latch could be broken. We once extended the life of our machine by duct taping the latch, lol.
