    Civil war medicine is very interesting to me so i loved this documentery. The Mutter Museam is my favorite museam, so thumbs up to them!

    I wish every young man who thinks war is a great adventure could see this series. All wars share at least two things in common - 1) they are started by old men who dupe young men into thinking war is a right and proper thing to do, 2) the suffering they cause is not really ever considered until afterward. As Whitman is quoted in this first episode, "The real war never gets in the books." That's because if it did, young men might be discouraged from fighting the next war. Fuck war.

    See War is a Racket by Smedley Butler. If vested economic interests find that war is more profitable than peace, then they won't giv a shit.

    Interesting video, too bad the music was overwhelmingly the dialogue most of the time. I don’t why so many KZread videos of this sort smother the talk under too loud music.
