All kinds of boats in Palm Beach County transiting one of the most dangerous inlets in Florida. I would say Boynton Inlet is just as if not more dangerous than Haulover Inlet, Jupiter Inlet, or Boca Inlet. At any given moment, the waves will get the best of unsavvy captains and send them home with a few learned lessons. These boats can get themselves in trouble easily if they don't use the correct speed and choose the right lines at these Rough Inlets. Some weekends there are more awesome boats going in and out its like a boat show. Forget watching boats at the Miami Boat Show, Ft Lauderdale Boat Show, or Palm Beach Boat Show and watch them here. At that time I would, yes. But after watching the whole vid it looks like he was just f#@&×n around. Yeah, would definitely help a brother.

Without hesitation. However, if they sounded intoxicated it would have been over the the local PD or CG dock.

Not a chance in hell while inside the inlet. I would hook up to him outside the mouth and pull him through. Mid inlet rescues usually end up with two boats on the rocks.

@@surfstarcc1 He could of just rode the guys wake or cut out of the center current. If the motor shuts off they are screwed
And that boys and girls... Is why I started Good Seamaritan Rescue in 1958 with a 13-foot Boston Whaler... 'Nuff said!!!...

Boat has a 2 berth cabin that extends under the bow. The deck is elevated that is why it has the bow rails. 😎

The only way I'd want bow rails on a CC is if it had a larger cuddy cabin in the bow, on an open boat you have the raised bulwark and gunnels
Thanks I crossed Suzuki off my list of possible re-power options Hopefully I can still get an Evinrude G2 it was a sad day when they shut down best outboards ever made no four stroke can compete
I wouldn't get in a single engine boat that was headed out to sea, into large rapids, or into a pinch-point channel like this one. THAT"S the definition of crazy!
The inlet is a piece of cake now since the north jetty was extended to cover the mouth of the inlet. There used to be 5’ standing waves when it was outgoing tide with a strong east wind. I have gone out in an 8’ dinghy with a 4 hp. Engine.

@@treashurehunter800 today the roughest water in the inlet is on weekends/ holidays when the boat traffic is overwhelming.

Yeah those blue waters are sweet, but my money is on the Stuart 27!
I like bow rails. My Leader 9.0 CC has them.

What is wrong with bow rails? I do not have them but owners preference. I should bring my Estrella up from Coral Gables.
Well I'm a west coast boater Columbia river bar mostly and this inlet just looks like a cluster fck and a bunch of a hole boaters driving way to fast for such a close proximity it's horrifying looking

What days do you film? Would be nice to see my boat on there
If the risk wasn’t so great I would love to try this inlet in my 21ft 2021 Harris Tritoon. Before everyone laughs I have my center toon dropped 7inches with full high performance lifting strakes on all 3 toons. I have a Merc 150EFI and I can keep my bow up very well. I honestly think I could do it. You just have to be an animal inside and keep that bow up! Any thoughts?

The grady killed it. How were they going to know they had engine problems. Dont want to put to many people in danger

ALWAYS HAVE TWO ENGINES! DUH. Even if you have split the HP. 2-150's better than 1-300!
blue water's are ok at best just another bracket engine boat that's bound to fall apart

Go hit the hull on Bluewater and Tidewater next time your at the boat show. Most production boats are building too light and too ass heavy. They are chasing best MPG on flat water and minimizing material use.

@@dannyt9067 yes their newer model that have them are shit. Brackets are NO good. I have been on a both regulators and it makes absolutely no difference in handling

That is why you don't do inlets in a small boat, be smarter people! I always proceed with caution even on a 25 foot CC

What’s wrong with going through the inlet in a small boat? I see those little 13 foot whaler‘s going through all the time with no issues Sure it’s not as elegant as that HCB but not everyone has 1.5 million they can let go of Money can’t but skill and experience tho
