    England's historical telling of it's relations with the Jews agrees with your statement. It goes further, leading me to understand the Jews have found themselves unwelcome in nearly all of Europe. Sweden I think it was, treated the Jews among them, admirable as told when Nazis came hunting them down. It's too bad every people weren't that way.

If you elect your leaders to the Mother of all Parliaments, and they elect to send your fathers, husbands or sons abroad to destroy citizens of other nations, WHO is responsible? Just a few days ago your Army were found guilty of the murder of innocent civilians including a clergyman 50 years ago I a city your country claims as part of the United Kingdom. Of course they were all terrorists innit? If Germany and Japan were guilty of the war crimes committed in their name by their armed forces, then so is Britain, so is USA, so are all nations, my own (Ireland) included. The victims of the crimes are not responsible, the perpetrators are the perpetrators. Nazi Germany is not the only country that had Desk Killers amongst the population.

    What an interesting video, showing all the good modern side of the people who moved in, and some even bought land but for most of the owners of the land, they were pushed out and their land stolen, and that contributes to the ridiculous ongoing anger. Why didn't Britian offer a piece of land from their own country to give the Jewish people? As the video says, oil was one reason another was all the other product, and of course, arrogance. All people from these areas have a long history of fighting, but also contributing a lot to our world. The farms are good, but the Arabs were eating, and had many methods of farming that didn't involve chemicals and GMOs. Arab housing is cool in the summer, animals are healthy, children are educated, men and women strong and very spiritual.

    Once upon a time, good humans sought to honor WWI & WWII by rising above “the law of the jungle” through international laws & procedures. It’s really sad that British & American officials were betraying this ambition even before the war was officially over by recruiting & repurposing fascists to create a new empire &, of course, paving the way for a new ethno-state in somebody else’s homeland as a power projection point. After WWI & II, humanity should have known better than to tolerate the rise of yet another ethno-state & settler colonial project.

    What an interesting video, showing all the good modern side of the people who moved in, and some even bought land, but for most of the owners of the land, they were pushed out and their land stolen, and that contributes to the ridiculous ongoing anger. Why didn't Britian offer a piece of land from their own country to give the Jewish people? As the video says, oil was one reason, another was all the other product, and of course, arrogance.

    I'll ask the random viewer: what's your definition of "indigenous"? everybody knows that there have been multiple waves of "takeovers" of the holy land throughout history. Ever since the crusaders were beaten, the land was under Muslim dominance. But it was scarcely populated and many of its inhabitants in the 19th century (by the end of it there were 400k muslims) were descendents of immigrants arriving 200, 300, 400 before present. Very few could trance back their family tree to Salah Al-Din times (circa 1200). So the Average Arab/Palestinian (a term that was born, to describe a community, only in the 20th century) had a history of 300 years, let's say, by the time of the UN resolution. Now, would you say that the Mayflower's immigrants (1616) were "indigenous"? did they have any significant advantage over immigrants arriving 250 years later? could they claim to be "the owners" of the land and deny anybody's else right to live there?

Israel has not had a Prime Minister serious about peace with their Palestinian neighbors since the 1998 election. the two state solution essentially died November 4 , 1995 when PM Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated by a member with the Jewish settler movement. the stickiest issue has been the Palestinian demand for "right of return" where Palestinian refugees get the right to return to Palestine. that number grew from approximately 700,000 1948 to God only knows the true number today other than several million.

    No, "the Jews" didn't seek to build a homeland; a small number of Jews sought that, and most Jews of the world, before 1948 were either uninterested or completely against the creation of a Jewish homeland in Palestine. It was only after the founding of Israel, that there was majority-Jewish support for Israel, after years of white-washing the Israel creation story to hide its terroristic roots of ethnically-cleansing non-Jews. Almost all religious Jews, before the founding of Israel, were against it. Some Hasidic sects today are still against the existence of Israel, and the whole "Orthodox Zionist Settler" cult is only decades old.

    The messianic prophecy In Babylon, these rabbis, the Amoraim of the Talmud, reinterpreted Jewish history. Yes, the Land of Israel was promised to the Jews, and yes, God will one day, in his own time, return the Jews to their land and give them control of it, but this will only happen in the future when the messiah arrives. And as a safeguard against future calamities like those brought about by Bar Kokhba, the rabbis came up with the doctrine of the three oaths, which appears in the Babylonian Talmud (Ketubot 110b-111a). Based on an extremely creative interpretation of the erotic love poem that is the Song of Songs, the rabbis decided that when Jews went into exile, three oaths were made between the peoples of the Earth and God: The Jews promised not to “storm the wall” (interpreted as, not immigrate to the Land of Israel) and not to “rebel against the nations.” The third oath was made by the nations (non-Jews), promising God they would not “oppress Israel too much.”

  • @cabg1266

    @cabg1266

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@otiliamanuelajurj The things you said are inaccurate, first of all in the UN vote most nations supported the establishment of the State of Israel (29 Nov 1947), so "rebellion against the nations" is not exactly the case here, since the Jews 'rebelled' actively in the Arab nation alone -only the Arabs went to war and the rest of the opposition eventually accepted the UN resolution and respected it (and this is also not exactly true because there are now Arab countries that recognize the State of Israel.) Another thing that is more important- there is no prohibition on violating the 3 'Shvu'ot' because the things you quoted are considered "Aggadah" and not "Halakhah" so they have no binding practical 'halakhic' validity. And indeed, in all the books of Halacha written on the basis of the Talmud, such a prohibition is not mentioned... on the contrary, we know of many who immigrated to Eretz Israel throughout history as individuals and as groups , Including the one who cited the 3 oaths himself - Rabbi Zeira (violating the oath "not storm the wall"), according to another source he even admitted his mistake and repeated his words.(in "Shir -Hashirim Rabbah") The majority of the Orthodox Jewish public today does not oppose the very existence of the State of Israel (but a large part has a critique of its secular nature). Those who oppose the existence of Israel on the basis of the 3 oaths are just a small and negligible minority and that says it all.

    Wrong if the land is scared to Christians its because of Jesus who was there long ago and was Jewish just like Abraham Isaac and Jacob. The quran also admits Allah gave the the land to the Jewish

    @@veridicusmaximus6010 I'm not getting my history knowledge from tiktok, you are. And you also are brainwashed byvthe media to believe that Palestine belong to the jews or the zionists occupiers. Read Balfour declaration and you will know everything. It's not a middle eastern problem, it's a European problem. Jews backthen started to leave eastern Asia like Russia and live in the western Europe like Germany and Italy and so on. So that was a big issue for the western countries, so after the British mandate on Palestine, the British (which had no right to do so) promised the zionist jews to be able to live in Palestine. And the zionists illegal immigrants can from Europe including Poland and many other countries (illegally) to Palestine. Then America and other countries provided arms and money to the zionists terror organizations/groups to intimidate the expell the native innocent Palestinians from their villages and towns. That's the simple mere truth that the world is trying to hide. Please go read a history book or something. And don't read or get your knowledge from tiktok or any biased sources like the western media.

    all the clowns who think they stole land they purchased Land from the Arab landowners the problem is many Palestinians were squatting on land that wasn't theirs and so they got evicted. but far away the Jews were buying up all the swamp land in the mosquito infested crap which is why there used to be a malaria problem. it's pretty apparent the Arabs did zero to improve the land and the Jewish show up in the matter of a few decades they turned it into a first world country. malaria is no longer a problem because the Jews got rid of all the swamp land that was just a basically mosquito farm. and then resolution 181 was passed which basically guaranteed Israel was going to get a state and that's when the Civil War started and everyone started shooting. and then they came around in the British left and that's when all the surrounding Arab Nations declared war. then about 700,000 Palestinians left their homes and there's three reasons they left their homes but only one of them actuality was significant. yes I'm sure there's some Jewish militias that not so kindly ask some Palestinians to leave their homes and some quite rude ways involving shooting. I'm also positive they were asked by the other Arab Nations to get out of the way so they could kill the Jews in this upcoming War. but the main reason the Palestinians left their homes is the same reason civilians leave their homes everywhere on the planet since the dawn of time when a war breaks out you grab the stuff you need you run away because you don't want to be killed in your house during the middle of a war. oddly enough Palestinian refugees are the only refugees in the history of the world who are refugees by birth. after Israel won the war of independence in 1948... you should really ask yourself why the West Bank which was Jordanian and Gaza which was Egyptian why they never accepted those people a citizens. why are there Palestinians still in Lebanon living in camps where they have no right to vote and they aren't permitted to work in Lebanon proper. the Palestinians live for nearly 20 years under Arab rule. basically the Palestinian share one thing with the Jews it would appear that no one wants them in their country.
