British Officers Don't Duck - Warlord Mystery Box Unboxing

When Warlord first did a mystery box in late 2020 there were quite a few comments made (see my first video - • British Officers Don't... ). When they announced that they had learnt a few lessons and were doing another deal in January 2021 I jumped at the chance to get one. The cost was £45 - what did I get?

Good to see, but for me they are just too random. If they were game system focused I personally would pick one up

That's my logic in sharing this so people have a better idea before buying. I think that many of the filling items are ones they can't sell, fortunately I have pretty broad interests.

Yes, I originally thought that's what it would be (random box focused on 1 random era and army), until I had a closer look. I still would have steered clear, I have a lot of their books and the chance of getting duplicates was off putting to any potential gains/value. Think its a bit cheeky sticking all that terminator stuff in, a game that they no long seem to support. They have just moved warehouses, so alot of it is just them trying to claw some money back from old models. They just released the new British today. Nice you got a tiger tho!

That would be an interesting idea doing a random theme army. You never know they might see your idea and try it! I don't have a lot of their books so it's a reasonable risk. The Terminator stuff suits me as I have some but even if you ignore that there's over £130 of items at their sale prices! It's very much a case of it suits some people and not others. That's why I uploaded this and the previous videos to give people an idea what's included.

It's not perfect but for the cost worthwhile. Plus I've now started Blood Red Skies (having two boxes of Spitfires, one each time), so I suppose they will find it worthwhile too!
I think about of the whole lucky dip thing the tiger I the best thing,it's not my thing the whole lucky dip,nice unboxing though.justin

Doing a review channel makes a lucky dip more worthwhile... lol
The whole lucky dip aspect doesn’t appeal to me.Ill stick to buying what I want when I want it!!

Fully get that. I'm happy with what I got but it is very luck driven.
Its odd, even though I have an interest in everything in this box individually, I find this underwhelming somehow :(

It's a very much love or loathe concept. I'm quite happy with the result but I think there was enough to keep me interested in a next book without getting me to keep checking daly for the next one.
