국가별 시기별 여러탱크 나오네
These are just a selection of their tanks, the collection is extensive.
전차박물관 어디냐
It is in Bovington, Dorset, England. They also have an excellent KZread channel that is well worth following.
Is that a battlefield obscurant vehicle, or did you just blow a head gasket???
Lol, if you look carefully there are smoke grenades outside the vehicles being used for the red, white and blue effect
Probably my favourite tank ever behind the T-55, incredibly versatile, ubiquitous, easy enough to maintain, abundance of spare parts and ammunition, it just works
It certainly met the design criteria for a mobilization only tank to be produced in vast numbers. I would regard it's biggest weakness as the autoloader not for the speed (improved on later models) but for the reduction in crew making field maintenance harder (especially in command vehicles where the commander gets called away to meetings).
Outstanding! Looking forward to your discussions of the other four Poland Campaign modules. Keep 'em coming, please.
Thank you, just waiting for them to arrive....
Delicious biscuits?
They do feature a lot in our games ...
James, great video! Thanks! Also, I appreciated the Morrow Project reference. I always loved that game.
Thank you
Wow, this looks like a great deal!
That was my thought, it was one of those gambles that paid off
Great video James, had no idea the Germans reclassified vehicles like that. Makes you question some of the other statistics right? Also, quick side note: Have you considered getting a lapel microphone for filming in public? I think it could reduce some of the background noise.
Thank you, there's another coming on Whittmann regarding statistics. I do have a lapel mike but I hadn't planned on making this at Tankfest, it was a spur of the moment job after some reading at the hotel so the mike was at home.
Sounds pretty reasonable to do the stats like that to me, odd sounding tho.
It would probably have helped if they had separate categories for built and rebuilt. Gave me material for a video though!
Hey james, thought u did a great job! Perhaps it could be better if you do a voice over the next time? The background noise tends to drown out the content you want to share :)
Thanks, I do plenty (mainly shorts) as voiceovers. Hard to get good footage for this with the crowds for that. Normally I would use a mic but this was a spur of the moment take when I didn't have it with me (inspired by reading in the hotel the night before).
These look great - I can't quite make out the name - can you provide it or the amazon link? Thanks

@@jameslangham9854 Thanks mate!
Every cat was a tiger in the eyes of a GI
Understandable as a Mk IV with spaced armour looks very like a Tiger at battle ranges (it's interesting that the excellent book Warriors for the Working Day records all German tanks as Tigers. Also worth noting that the Americans did not meet Tigers in Normandy until July...
Great video.
Thank you
Could be great to put a little LED in there cor ambience!
I'm not sure how well it would work following it out.
@@jameslangham9854 can get those little penny sized flat batteries and drill small hole into the base, they're also magnetic if you needed something to secure it to a base or diorama or game!
Cute tank🫠
Cute but unnecessary
Nice
Thanks or is it tanks? 😀
“Put it in sideways” “Cut a hole in the back and have it stick out the back”
If it works... Lol
Cool
Thanks
Wow they just went UP UP UP scale even battleships normaly fit in a hand? These are huge!
I was VERY impressed
I admire your enthusiasm
He really is passionate (as are many reenactors)
It comes out just under the gun pivot where it stuck fast I do hope it missed the crew
I would guess that was from being a range target as the ones that went to France were all lost and the others never saw combat.
It's a through and through looks like an anti tank rifle
Just above the shovels head
Theres a bullet hole in the left armor under the turret by the looks
sir that is not a good cam angle, we dont wanna see the m🌒🌙n every time u move aboard the starship, pls wear a 🧢 atleast, i mean im bald as well so i know its not very sexy...
Jesus this looks like colourised WW2 footage 😬😂
Lol, unfortunately it stopped a long way away and the zoom wasn't brilliant. There's some gi res footage to follow (as videos not shorts)
Have you visited the museum before 2016?
Around 1980 twice, once with my dad and once on a school trip.
@@jameslangham9854 how different was it?
Hard to remember, much more was outside, no VCC, and far less emphasis on people.
@@jameslangham9854 so back before Easter this year I went to the tank museum and saw the Tommy in the trenches tour. The guide was explaining to us the experiences of what young soldiers had to go through. At the end of the tour he said that this exhibition was built in November 1998. I asked him if he could bring back the original audio to the trenches and I showed him some recordings but he said for me to move on. I also asked him if he could switch on the old blue headlights above. He said he won’t because it could be too dark and his younger grandson was too scared to walk through the trenches when he took him to see. However the tour guide did mention that one morning few months ago, his morning job was to open the door to the trenches and use a flashlight to find his way to the operating buttons to turn the audios on as well as the lights. After pulling the switch to turn the sounds on, an unusual noise started playing what seemed like a carriageway train charging through the area followed up with another audio playing of some injured men in the stretchers crying out “water, water!” He thought it was a ghost calling him to fetch some water. After the audio stopped playing, he never heard it again and was very confused because he had never heard this sound before after working in the museum for a couple of years. What could be the problem that activated that particular speaker? Why did it never play again? Could it be repaired and restored?

Lol such as a huge kit, where can i get 1 mate?
eBay?
Bovington has a lot of tanks, has quite a few rare ones too. The T72 will be rare soon if the Ukraine is anything to go by 😂
It's really enlightening to see the period correct gear, you understand that the perception we have of them is completely different from the historical reality.
Reenactors have a lot to give in understanding history, I've found out a lot of interesting things from them..
🇬🇧 offi🍩cer 😊
Radio operator gunner used this turret small seat gunner sat on
This was 1976 yes they had big gun but many had gpmg machine gun
Most sources say 13 converted but I did find a list of serial numbers that implied 16. Many of the remainder had a Peak turret for the GPMG replacing the pintel mount.
Looks great mr hews
Great to see it, I always planned to do a video on it when it was a gate guard but never got around to it.
Nice 👍
Glad you enjoyed
Mr Hewes?
Presumably the KZread tank commentator and restorer.
Mythical pull
?
And just like that Poof! A barn appears
And many years ahead of the Turtle Tanks.... Lol
Thanks mate👍🇳🇿
My pleasure!
My pleasure!
Haber que dispare.
As a photographer or gunner? Lol
It’s a great game I’m working non more aircraft for it . I can’t wait till Battle of Britain content for it comes out
Ditto to both. I've put some extra bomber stats in the FB group
Valiant's a different tank 😉
That was me stumbling over the word variant! Ooops
Probably will be seeing them in Ukraine lol
Still in service and very useful, especially against drones.
Fake BMW R71 and not by far a R75
I'm no expert and went on what I was told, could you enlighten me on how to spot the difference please?
@@jameslangham9854 just look up the pictures on Wikipedia. However, If you have the urge to learn also the details of the BMW R75, try to get you hands on this superbly informative book: Giovanni Bianchi Evolution during war years 1941-1944 BMW 750/275 (R75) From the Automotoclub Storico Italiano
This tank is definitely overshadowed by the Centurion BARV which is in the Vehicle conservation centre
Why is bro holding the sten like that bruh 💀 if u hold the magazine u get less recoil 😭
The textbook is to hold there. Holding the magazine can induce stoppages (just like the Sterling that followed it).
@@jameslangham9854 seriously bro 💀 it's literally a toob no shit it's gonna start jamming anyways 💀
Probably not as bad as it's reputation, the biggest issue was the magazine, experienced users looked for the better made ones.
