@@bigreddraggin4443 Great song, too bad it is short and no video. :( Somewhere out there is a bootleg from when they were an opening act and played Beggars Dance as an outro while they cleared the stage and you can see the band following them in the wings dancing to it. :D

Jinjer posted these facts on their social media about this video: “1. We played this song live about 20x in a row to get all the footage 2. Many close friends, family, befriended bands, a few lucky fans, our producer, some crew members and even 2 ex-members can be seen in the crowd: Dmitry Kim - Dmitriy Oksen - Max Morton - Zlam - MegamasS - Violateress - Back Chat - SINOPTIK - CrossChains - Dysphoria 3. Filmed at our rehearsal room and JINJER HQ in Kiev: Bright Sound Studio 4. Not a single person got sick during or after filming this video” Yes, this was shot during lockdown. Dmitry Kim was the drummer before Vlad, the current one, and is now the band’s audio engineer I believe. Dmitriy Oksen was one of the guitarists back when they had two.

Awesome! Fun and entertaining reaction as always. That british accent helps a bit mind you :) I absolutely LOVE Jinjer but this song doesn´t really cut it for me. Far, far from their best work. The video is awesome though, that late 90´s/early 00´s callback is very cool, even in the song you feel a bit of nu-metal. "Bad Water" is the "cleanest" song they have, it´s good but I would really recommend the beautiful "Retrospection", a deep meaning song about their roots and with Tatiana singing some cleans in her native language (russian). It really is a thing of beauty, one of my favorites. And with your professional background I think you would appreciate how the official video is put together. Also if you want a really great live performance and with the added bonus of a bit of Amy Whinehouse influence try "Who´s Gonna Be The One" live, it´s a blast! Keep up the great vids, peace.

Friends, family, two former band members and I think a few lucky fans, and someone mentioned they apparently did this like 5 times to get all the camera angles. They will also do music videos for the remaining songs on the Macro album, and personally I am pretty excited for Home Back, because it is about their home back in the occupied zone and the war. Bad Water is clean vocals only, and there are Prologue (intro song) and Beggars Dance (outro song) - but those are not proper full songs, so I would put them in the same video if you want to do Bad Water (official video). Their song "Just Another" also has an official video using live concert shots, completely in black and white, if that's of interest.

They have great harder tunes by some bands like Overkill(A thrash band that has been kicking ass for like 40 years). Nightwish, Sabaton, and to my amazement Testament and Exodus! These bands are all killer. You should check out some Overkill songs like "Mean,Green , KiIling Machine" or "Bitter Pill". If you want a super thrash song check out Exodus "Blacklist" live from Wacken 08 (a favorite performance of this kick ass song)! Cheers Yaz and keep your kick ass reactions!

I think this has been partially covered by other comments, but I wanna talk too, so... yeah, you would expect a video like this that they would do like you said and just have the song playing over the speakers while they pretend to play, but no, they're too hardcore for that, they actually played the song live, based on what they said 20 times in a row. Even though it's a music video and the audio is still from the studio release (except that feedback at the beginning) Tatiana is not just lip syncing and the band is not fake playing, they are actually doing this...over and over and over. They released a few brief clips from the shooing on their IG and you can hear them actually playing the song. But anyway, the audience was close friends and family plus a few fans that apparently snuck in, it was filmed at their jam studio (Jinjer HQ) in Kiev Yes they have done a few chill songs with no growling but none of them are love ballads, I Speak Astronomy was the only love song they've done I believe. Bad Water is totally clean, it has more of a Rock/Hard Rock vibe and it's really good, a bit farther from what they normally do, very underrated song. Then they have Beggar's Dance which is straight up just a jazz song because why not. Finally there's "Prologue" which, believe it or not, was the intro to the King of Everything album and is the exact same song as Beggar's Dance -same lyrics, same structure, same chord progressions, except it is in a gothic rock style instead of jazz. There's a lot of SOAD songs that sound like that ending, there's a certain name for that sound that I could tell you if I knew more about music theory. It's a certain scale or melody that is very common in Asian music, whether it's from the near east, middle east, India or Japan, it all has that common thread and SOAD being Armenian use that a lot in their music. I think that's why they always come to mind when we hear it. The first songs that come to mind for me are Aerials, Lonely Day, BYOB, Chop Suey?, Hypnotize or Spiders.

This video reminds me a lot of the video for Duality by Slipknot, just without the house being literally torn down lol

You can find a less screamy version of Tatiana in Bad Water, it’s an oldie but a goody. Idk if you’ll be a fan of the video, it definitely doesn’t have that live feel. I liked it though.

A lot of us who know about No Dout think she's going for a Gwen Stefani vibe in the video. FYI one of her influences along with Any Winehouse take a look at the video I'm just a girl from No Dout and you will see what we see . Ok friend and family are in the video and bad water and beggars dance are the only songs I know of that have no growling. As always the hair is Fab also the color smashing . Peace ✌️ from Alaska
