Hi there I was wondering if you find it difficult to tighten the straps. I just got mine and when my child is out of the seat it is perfect but with him in I have to put all my weight into tightening them and they barely move. I have read a few people have the same experience. Is this abnormal??

No, I have never had any issues tightening the straps on the seat. Is yours brand new? Maybe the mechanism just needs a little bit of movement to loosen up

@@ethansmomma2007 hi thanks for getting back to me. Yes it's brand new rear facing and my son is about 20 pounds. I was wondering if maybe I got a defective one it's extremely hard. My husband has lots of trouble too
