It breaks my heart how people stare at him and takes pictures of him. He seems like such a kind, gentle, loving guy. So soft-spoken, down to earth, and humble. He seems so friendly and is probably a wonderful, loving boyfriend. I'd be friends with him! :)

No, probably not. Most people stop growing when they're around 18 or 19 (although there are exceptions obviously), In fact even then there's not much growth in the last couple of years. I'm 6ft now as an adult, and although I can't remember what height I was at 15 it was certainly a lot more than 5'4". If I had to guess i'd say 5'8" or 5'9" is about as much as you should expect.
