I woke up and seen this before work I had to make some before work this is actually the first time I had everything for one of your recipes 😂😂🔥

My family makes a similar rice. We slightly fry up the rice in butter and with slices of Jalapeno (take out the seeds if you don't want it too spicy). Then we add the water, chicken bouillion, and a little bit more butter for flavor. We add the mozzarella cheese once the water is almost all gone and give it a little mix to incorporate the rice with the cheese. Then you turn the stove off and cover the rice to let it finish cooking and melting with the steam. If you are feeling extra, add more cheese on top! This rice is sooo FIRE. I like to make it when I cook Camarones a la Diabla.

I make rice all the time different types and I’ve never made it like this. When I do my tomato/Spanish rice Ibrown my rice and it doesn’t come out grainy and I ise a lot less water. So for 1 cup I do 1.5 cups water but if I’m using the tomato sauce I subtract the .5 cup because the tomato is already liquid. When I was in my trial stage if I did 2 cups water and the can it was soooo mushy. Also I have to use a pan I can’t do tomato rice in a pot 🤷‍♀️. Only my white rice comes out in a deep pot. I don’t think there is a correct way to make rice as long as however you make it,it comes out lol. I recently figured out how to do Indian rice and I’ve been non stop making that lately

I have always liked my rice moist and I add more water too. I also stir it but I never wash it well just a quick rinse. I am sure this one is delicious because rice is great with monterey jack like on a burrito or in a taco.

I use just tomato bouillon and a little garlic powder and for some reason it's the best I've had lol. Trying yours as well!

I'm making bri rice fingers cross it comes good lol I love how she went step by step sharing it with my sister.

I make my version of Mexican rice similar to yours ladies but I leave out the cheese and instead top off my rice with sour cream . Very yummy either way !

I've been making mexican rice since I was 15 and I finally nailed it down to the T. I'm now 30 LOL! This is way different than the traditional mexican rice I make but ill have to give it a try even though it almost hurts to try because of how attached I am to my recipe lol.. if you have conquered your rice recipe you'll understand.

I'm excited to try this!!!! my mom says the same thing about the can! lol

i wanna try this rice so bad, the carne asadas always look fire 😊

Just wanted to share. In my nutrition class we learned that we’re not supposed to wash rice because it gets rid of all the mineral. 🤷‍♀️ I’m still going to wash my rice.

You can also dry the rice by throwing it in the pot by itself & stirring it occasionally so it doesn’t stick, once it’s dry throw in the oil & roast it up a bit
