We in Sweden love the competition and take the competition very seriously. But we have a lot of good songwriters and artists and we have an eye for good music/pop music. They were the runner-ups of Melodifestivalen 2023, losing only to Loreen. Perhaps you could check out that entry too? "Marcus & Martinus - Air". When all the Eurovision fan clubs were to decide which song was the best from all the national finals last year, they won with that song.

Hi from Norway :) Great reaction. Marcus and Martinus are 22-year-old twins from Norway. They have a record company in Sweden and work a lot there, so they are running for Sweden this year. They won the melodi grand prix junior in Norway when they were 10 years old and have been making music ever since.

I know that there are many Norwegians who feel they are failing Norway, but they do what they want. They also feel that Norwegians still see them as child stars since they started so early in Norway. And they hope that when they do so well across the border, perhaps Norwegians will also realize that they are adults now. Yes, they are twins and are actually from Norway, very famous brothers. Been singing since they were little kids. We love Marcus & Martinus in Sweden! ❤ They also won Masked Singer in Sweden, in 2022, they tricked everyone thinking it was only "one" person singing but the whole time they both sang. So fun!

Gosh, I think I need some of your energy! I am Danish and I think that Swedes are so great at songwriting - maybe because they have a fantastic tradition and they invest time and money when it comes to come up with a national Melodifestivalen :-) Here in Denmark we just present 8 rather randomly chosen song - or so it seems.

No, if we get top 10 I would consider that a good result. There's a lot of good songs this year and this is not good enough unfortunately. I like M&M. They seem like really nice guys and I'm happy for them to represent us. But no, we wont't get a top position this year. Norway is, in my opinion, one of the best ESC songs ever! And if people are smart and have good taste they vote for Norway this year! It is outstanding! Quality, uniqueness, a genre that we don't see that often in ESC, and more than ethnic feel to it. It is perfect! I think that Netherlands, Croatia and Switzerland will be fighting for the top spots.

Sweden is the country in the world that has the most choirs in the world in terms of population. Marcus & Martinus are from Norway but chose to move to Sweden after the pandemic, because here they can develop and work with the best lyric and song writers, which Norway lacks. That is why Marcus & Martinus have chosen to compete for Sweden, as they want to thank Sweden that way. Marcus & Martinus were already in last year's Swedish Mellodi Festival, but in the final lost to Loren to compete for Sweden.

No, none of the songwriters of this song (Linnea Deb, Joy Deb, Jimmy Joker Thörnfeldt, or Marcus and Martinus) has been a member of Swedish House Mafia. Perhaps you got this mixed up with "Happy That You Found Me" that Danny Saucedo sang in this year's Melodifestivalen. That song was co-written by Kristoffer Fogelmark, John Martin och Michel Zitron. John Martin and Michel Zitron co-wrote Swedish House Mafia songs like “Save the World” och “Don’t You Worry Child” (John Martin also sang them).

As a Swede I’m very disappointed. they aren’t even from Sweden they are Norwegian. they are very popular in Norway and because of that they can’t participate as Norway in Eurovision so they decided that they were gonna participate as Sweden and they are still kinda popular in Sweden so for that they won the Melody festival aka the program that decides who is gonna participate as Sweden in Eurovision. There song is kinda trash not gonna lie.
