I want to convert one of these into a live aboard, love the space but the layout requires a ton of work

Well 3000 what pounds?and you have the boat for 3 months i think.come to holland,gooimeer the old opposite of the north sea,10k E and you have yourself a very nice cruiser or sail boat forever.about a 1000 pounds for a place in a harbour.I like it so much i stay here in netherlands,for 20 years. nice here huizen gemeente haven,check it out? I get it,some fool paid 3000 for a week,a previous boat i bought here was the mayfair w498 broads cruiser teak and mahogany 1959 for 3500 E about 11+ meters. mayfair,may queen,and the mayflower,,in order of size mayfair the biggest.I still have EU citizenship. my country is not so smart!
