This album basically just proved that they are so much than just another metal band. Sempiternal is in synchronization with What Oli feels and I think that makes this album so much more raw and message focused than the previous albums

I'm so jealous of anyone who experienced these smaller, intimate shows. At the show I went to during the 'that's the spirit' tour there were barriers between the band and the fans, which is not the case in this video. Also Oli is putting lots of passion and emotion into this song what I miss in the current shows.

Someone: "Oli can't sing. His live vocals aren't good." Me: *shows them this video*

@@AIMetalRockStudio he actually got a vocal coach to teach him how to sing better. Note *sing* not raspy voice on purpose while screaming. He himself even said during an interview that he wants to sing more instead of screaming.

@@psychronic8327His voice was the best during the sempiternal release, the last live is not so bad, but it cannot be compared with it. And he worked with a vocal coach a couple of times, then that he has problems with a voice until now, you can see in the video where they record parasite Eve

Just found this after looking back through old Facebook posts. What a show, and to think I've seen them at Glastonbury & Cardiff Motorpoint since. Still one of the best gigs I've ever been to!

Deep song

I was there and I can tell you that this gig was most certainly not dead. It was the best gig of my life and I have been to a lot of gigs. The reason it seems dead is, for this song , Oli said about the music video and the moment he did 70% of the crowd got their phones out and stopped moving, draining the energy for that song. The rest of the gig however, fucking brilliant.
