Hikaru is delivering and back in it. But him crushing Fabi is big deja vu vibes of the last candidates. Nepo has a great strategy for this particular tournament. Hikaru said today in the interview that his style doesn't aim for high scores which is exactly what I was saying in prior videos when I said he is too strategic. This is a huge opportunity for Hikaru though, hoping for a great end to the tournament.
Hearing the "Welcome back, everyone!" every recap is honestly the best part of my day.

Your breakdown on ‘what if moves’ is brilliant. I watch it more than once to fully grasp the importance of the information. Better than book! Thanks. 1/2 point out. Great game.
The arrows/blunders/inaccuracies etc marks are good. Gives us insight on the difference between a super GM's moves vs the absolute perfection that is Stockfish.

I like the computer indicators on these reviews, it shows what the computer finds as best moves and what you as a player find playable at the table. This will be a good comparison for the viewers to experience!
Congrats for the win man! I have always rooted for you since the beginning, hope this starts a streak of comebacks! We all are sure and hope that you'll do much better from here.
Hikaru on white is Fabi's father. Jokes aside, Hikaru played very solid putting pressure on Fabi the whole game. Very excited on how the rest of the tourney plays out.

Amazing! I'm such a newb that I really liked the extra notation on the board (arrows + icons).
I still love the "Praggnanadhaaahaahaa" !! 😂😂😂
Really like the arrows and the little icons! It helps to keep track of the importance of each moves for us noobs...
I was watching the game live what an amazing clash between both you and Fabi congrats on the win hopefully you can obtain that +3 score that you said you wanted. PS: Notion is good I like that it shows the book moves and and supports your explanations for moves or other systems
I like the review markings on the pieces, it definitely helps me follow along as sometimes you go pretty quickly for me (I'm only 1400 ha). So I'd like you to keep them!
I like having the engine arrows going! its add some nice visuals and colors to the board, even if you don't take note of them during the video its nice to have some alternate angles to think about ourselves as the viewers
That's amazing moves there Hikaru. What a spectacular victory.
awesome to see you win!!
I loved the arrows Hikaru. Please bring them back next time.
LOVE the notations. Would love to see then stick around for some recaps, maybe not all
This tournament is so exciting now, LETS GO HIKARU
Keep up the momentum Hikaru i hope you win the candidates
Awesome game! 0.5 behind Gukesh/Nepo after this round, the strategy "play good chess and see what happens" looks like it's paying off!
Loved this New format with The figures on every lance
Back in the hunt 🏆
Congrats Gm Hikaru Nakamura ... What a game ,,, you made me happy to come back in the possible paying zone ...Best of luck Naka .. !!!
I like the review arrows and move rating. Helps us understand your moves vs computers theory.
I think the review button/annotation/arrows was nice to see. You explain the moves very well, but its nice to see what the computer thinks at the same time and hear your thoughts on the computer's opinion too. Feels like we're getting additional information overall. Your call moving forward, but I thought it was a good addition.
The dumb and dumber photo for this video made me laugh so hard.
Heartiest Congratulations!! What a win. May you win the Candidates. 🎉❤
i love the arrows that youve draw when you are zooming through moves, as it does show lines you have considered. I vote to keep them
It is amazing to see the brain working and the way naka calculates. It is amazing. No GM explained the matches like him.
You made us proud bro we knew you could come back!!! Keep on fighting for the win!!!
What an amazing game hikaru keep going
Congrats Hikaru I'm proud of you🎉❤
I absolutely love the notations!!
That is one happy GM
my prediction is that hikaru and ian will tie after 14 rounds, and play a tiebreak with hikaru eventually going to wcc
I love how you did the game review! It makes it a bit easier to follow as an intermediate 1700-1800 player!
The notes are amazing. Giving us a lot of insight. It’s perfect
What a victory Hikaru. Really well played. Congratulations.
Hikaru do more often the “uno, dos, tres, cuatro…” thing pls is hilarious

the notations helps understand what the engine thinks of your moves, and with your comments i think it's a great adition to the recap
I love all the notation and additional information! I'm not good enough to divine all the possibilities like most of your fans can, so thank you! And a hearty congrats on the win, too! I hope to have such harmony and solidity in my game someday.
you just made my day better. Congrats...and go on!
Actually really love the notation. Really useful to see what moves Ares 'book', and always helpful to notice objectively exceptional or suspicious moves in sharp positions.
Congrats on the game. Btw, love the notations for the moves. I personally have all of them acitve as well.
I like the review, and I recommend it for future recaps
The arrows are great, it gives a strategical overview of the games, especially when it comes to follow up moves or different options, protection etc.
Congratulations Hikaru, what an amazing victory. Hope you win the candidates.
Hey naka! thanks for the recap! Love the arrows so we can also see the computer ideas 💡🤝
i appreciate the notations (also congrats, this was awesome to see)
You should give whoever made the thumbnail a raise! It had me laughing 😂!
Congrats big bro. People call me crazy for watching hours of chess. Watching you win today makes it all worth it. Keep pushing!!!
This is like Federer winning in the Wimbledon quarter finals and later that day doing a detailed analysis of his match for his subs. Doing Gods work Naka.

Hikaru, I do think it is a good idea to have the review button on. Gives me a sense of what moves to look out for and complements your commentary

The notations are great!
I do like the notations next to the pieces. It makes it easier to follow.
I actually liked the arrows seeing the best moves from the engine
I think the review icons is fine. I thinks its good for less skilled players to get a shallow understanding for how good certain moves are. On a deeper level, it's good so you can see the difference between Stockfish and and top 3 grandmaster.
Grats on the huge win. I'm mainly rooting for Fabi, but this was brilliant.
I like the arrows Hikaru! Keep them they add useful insight behind the intention of moves.
Let's GOOO Hikaru! We're just warming up!!!
