The Brigadier needs to go do anger management. He is very unprofessional in front of the camera. He needs to take a chill pill as well.

this guy is a menace and a savage i didn't know that UPDF is made up of such errant arrogant commanders who yell at innocent civilians after traumatizing them and killing them, this guy needs to be in jail he is a criminal and a thug in the army uniform.

we heard what Brig had to say however we the citizens saw people with hands tied back and shot, women and children, we never saw these dead bodies with any arms, secondly that temper brig uses in front of us Ugandans, one day he we will come down, and come down thoroughly, let him not think we Ugandans are his kids, those red ranks are just cottons, we all are equal, what he does to others can be done to him; he may act so tough, but there some who could be tougher, however more professional in how they express there toughness. Bottom line, when talking to us, Brig shouldn't bring stupidity of rudeness, just make your point, maybe we will understand you, that temper would cause many to think he belongs to ICC, and at the end of the day he is scaring nobody. He will come down thoroughly, lets watch the clock
