I was in that operation which tool almost 5 days for the rescuing the presidential palace and the Parliamentary building.

Oh my God. I am inspired. I am a student at Lira University in Uganda. I was in Primary 4 during 2009. But after watching this video, I really feel so deeply touched and I pray that the Lord blesses the efforts of all these gentlemen and plus their commanders. Longlive NRM

What the Amisom force did to help bring peace Somalia will never be forgotten. They were selfless in executing their missions.

Uganda has sacrificed for is Somalis. They have repaid us very well and even went beyond. For those who are not aware, Somalia had peace keeping army in Uganda and Tanzania border to keep peace and even eventually made a peace deal between them

Gen. Levi karuhanga is now Late he passed away a few years ago, and Gen. Katumba Wamala survived an assassination attempt in April 2021 his driver and daughter shot dead.
