The thing I’m wondering is where was this gown for all of those women who had very strict budgets yet were put into gowns light years above their budget?? This shop is especially bad at it. Gok not only makes an effort to keep the budget in mind, but he often even goes and asks if it is possible to get the price dropped to be within the budgets!

I had colitis over 20 years ago, I also had my bowel removed.... Best thing ever, it gave me my life back.

Well she obviously had a budget for the style of dress she wanted then ! Unlike the brides that go in with budget and want a dress out of that budget!

I can’t believe her dream dress was only $795 pds! Lucky her for finding the right dress and the right man.

Why don’t they just let the bride walk around and pick few items she likes too from the shop ??

In actuality, the brides look at about a dozen gowns during the eight hours of filming the show. Then the producer edits it down to just three dresses, maybe four, before showing the "final" one. Very often, the bride goes back and chooses a different dress entirely after the filming is done, and before making any actual purchase. Loads of YT videos on the topic of how much lying goes into the making of these so-called "reality" shows, and the bridal ones, and the home improvement/house hunting shows are the worst liars of all. NOTHING is what we end up seeing, and all of it is meant for nothing at all but "entertainment" of a gullible audience that believes everything they see.

Having a bag like that really can test your test self a steam. I have had mine for 9 years.

Such a precious strong beautiful young lady. All the makings of a true princess! So happy she had a real life prince standing by her side during her health crisis. A wonderful show everyone was so loving and supportive. Long happy and healthy lives to everyone! She looks so very lovely and is such an inspiration 💕

I loved that first dress but Auntie was right - it would have been perfect for an outdoor or less formal wedding, but not for a castle. The dress she chose was perfect for her and for the setting.

Aah, She looks absolutely gorgeous! After her health issues and choosing to go with a stoma and bag to be healthy again, she's been through the ringer. She appears to have her confidence back and I'm 100% her fiances jaw will drop when she walks down the aisle to become his wife. Lucky fella. 💟

I agree. Corsets are so beautiful! I was confused why a lot of modern wedding dresses have zippers and buttons because I thought a corset was obviously more beautiful.

The Mum may have been caring for her daughter for the last couple of years, and so may not have been earning. She probably cannot afford to pay for the dress. Also, the aunt may have asked to pay for it, having no daughter, particularly if she is very close to her niece. The parents may be paying for the rest of the wedding and that venue looks quite pricey. There could be lots of valid reasons.

She could have put a potato sack on, and her dad would still say he liked it. Which I respect tbh.

My dad is the same lol. I’ll just throw a tshirt and shorts on because I need something to wear that is comfortable and not necessarily fashionable but he will come and tell me how pretty I like that day.

i cant stand when they ask "whos the bride?" and turn away from the bride completely untill she sais "ME!" i can understand if theres a few other young ladies in the group, but in this gathering theres only one... it would be more flattering, in my opinion, to ask "wheres stacey?" (insert brides name) and then greet the brides guests :) the gown they went with was so pretty :D and with lots of room for fittings and extra goodies :D

There was three ladies though, not just one. I’ve seen episodes of SYTTD were the bride is an older women who has brought her grown up daughters with her. So it’s not wild to assume the mum or Aunty could of been the bride. It would be more rude if they always assumed the younger lady was the bride and then when there’s an older bride they call the daughter the bride instead of just asking.

The dress is very underwhelming and there could’ve been plenty of other choices have they not rushed. Anyways she’s very beautiful.

The reactions to the final dress felt kinda underwhelming. It felt like they were just like “yea, that will do”. Maybe it was because of the music though.

The first dress is so frumpy. Even the second dress is underwhelming when she’s just so beautiful. Wish they’d found an off the shoulder dress for her to at least try on, but as long as she’s happy & comfortable 🤷‍♀️

I totally agree. Her aura seems like a boat neck, simple satin dress would be absolutely beautiful.

All the previous episodes they used exceed the brides budget. From the comments they got from the audience they probably changed their minds. But the dresses aren’t so pretty anymore.

Why does David always say "which one is the bride". Sounds pretty rude/impersonal....who is my bride maybe? Though they obviously know who it is anyway pre filming.
