I have suffered enough", said Adem 😢😢 Very true and I am glad he is slowly coming to terms with his past and his therapist is trying her best to give him glimpses of a better, brighter future. Which he can have. We get to choose joy. We can turn towards the light rather than keep looking into the darkness. Oh, how I hope better days are coming for Adem. His character is the most complicated and most compelling of any in this story and I feel so drawn to him for some reason. I guess I wish I could hug the little boy he once was and somehow erase the pain from his heart.

But Faruk is not honest at all with Sureyya. Remember he deceived Sureyya many months about his past relations with Begum when he could have told Sureyya with ample opportunity before things got complicated and go haywire once he found out that Emir was his son or even when Sureyya first asked him after her music school opening who was Begum and Faruk was evasive. To me Faruk is not honourable at all and deceive his wife that led to their seperation for 3 months. No excuse and whatever narratives Faruk spun is unacceptable. Period.

That's why adults have to tread carefully with the young ones. They pick up on every feeling around them. They don't know what they are feeling and have no words for their emotions, we have to teach them these things so that they can learn how to protect themselves in the world and learn about self respect, empathy and love.

Poor Adem. Reyhan dragged him back down into her pit of hell by committing suicide. He went from joy to despair and devastation. He'll have to drag himself out again but by making progress in therapy, half the work has already been done.

This is the second time in this series that a MALE doctor has stated that contractions are only painful because of the mind! Childbirth is one of the worst pains known to humans ….or can be. Blood tests reveal the level of pain experienced. Women, on the whole, are more stoic than men with regards to pain.
