It is a government inspired crisis this time. The Treasury have to sell Bonds to cover the trade imbalance and the government spending imbalance. In order to sell them they have to raise interest rates and the old long-term, low risk, low interest, AAA investments (including Treasury Bonds), held by the banks (often due to government regulatory policy), become next to worthless. The next milestone is the 15th when the government issue a new batch of Bonds. I have approximately 350k stagnant in my portfolio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

Yeah, more reason I enjoy my day to day market decisions is that I'm being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time, both employing profit-oriented strategy and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downtrends, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis, it's quite impossible not to outperform. It wants to control its currency and will not want it to be openly floated, that's why it needs other countries like India, Brazil and others to work together and come up with an alternative. @MSD Group When the UN receives it they cannot spend it without converting it to USD . . . they would raise your membership fee. And only a few currencies can the UN put in their bank. That depends on what the bank is setup to accept and handle on their computers and contracts. It all has to be converted to something the bank is setup to handle.

@@bmmacoh3387 Sure. After World War I, the world set up the League of Nations. Its purpose was to promote communication and cooperation between countries so there would never be another world war. But the League of Nations failed to make that happen and World War II started. After World War II, the United Nations was setup with the same purpose . . To promote communication and cooperation between the nations so there will not be a World War III.

I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $90k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn. Any recommendations?

@@McElvinn I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a fin-advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a fin-advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million

Best plan would be 7 currencies for 7 continents so that the economy would have a balance. Otherwise countries with less export and more import will be at disadvantage as their currency value will decrease significantly. So its better if North America used dollars, south America used SA dollars, asian countries using RICJ, Australia using Australian currency etc. This will help to maintain peace in neighbouring countries as well as a sense of unity between continents regarding economy and defence. A new demarcation called Seven Financial continents should be decided. Namely Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, Middle-east, North America,South America

As per the sources BRICS have discussed the possibility of creating a joint currency reserve pool to reduce their dependence on the US dollar for international trade. However, they have not yet taken any concrete steps towards replacing the US dollar as the global reserve currency. While the idea of creating a new reserve currency has been discussed i.e it's not yet clear if or when it will be implemented. The US dollar remains the dominant global reserve currency, and any changes to the current system would require significant coordination and agreement among multiple countries. Thankyou 🙏

Interesting information. This does not take into account the SWIFT payment system. This is not individual agreements between individual countries but millions of banks around the world.

If used Dollar, SWIFT is useful. UPI or any other payment system can be easily deployed with in the banks, who want to trade with BRICS 😊

Americans did not "think" anything. These decisions are made by a small handful of experts at the top. And the experts are waayy smarter than you. The U.S. dollar has been off of the gold standard for fifty years and has not crashed. So show us your proof that it "must crash eventually."

In the intro she missed the most important development, President Nixan took the Dollar out of Gold standard. Then US had an agreement with GCC countries to sell their oil in Dollar. Keeping the reserve status artificially by military might. Who make the research for Palki???

The BRICS would do well to feature mutual recognition of member currencies for trading AND use of gold, silver, or rare Earth contracts as insurance. Rather than a common currency, a common BRICS Treaty where exchange rates are set in stone among the members for a period of 3 years. The exchange rate shall also include Escrow accounts where trades are insured against loss by putting up gold, silver, or rare earths in the contract. China sell finished goods to Brazil and Brazil pays for it in Brazilian Real. But, Brazil also puts up gold, silver, or something else that China would accept as Escrow until the payment is made and the goods delivered. Once the finished goods arrive in Brazil and are accounted for, the Escrow is closed. China can then treat the Brazilian Real as "Store Credit" to buy from Brazil, or use the Yuan to buy from Brazil. The Yuan is stronger than the Real so, China may not have to put up as much gold as trade insurance.

Outcome is no more mindless printing of dollars out of thin air (or no more free lunch for western nations) which can put an end to lot of things from freebies to radicalization of Islam/funding for missionaries to spread Christianity.

There is not anything stopping from doing business in any currency as long as any two countries agrees to do so . Only problem is those countries do not have faith in each others currencies . India and Russia tried and it fell apart in few months . China and Russia had similar failure . The problem with India was that Russia was holding too many Rupees that was useless currency for Russia . There are very good reasons why USD is most preferred currency and it has nothing to do with US government . None of the BRICS countries have attributes that USD has and that is why USD will likely be most dominant currency for many decades to come .

The USD didn't become the exchange currency just because of the Bretton Woods conference. It never is that sim0le. The US had built up a massive gold reserve through their pre-war and warrime (primarily military) supplies to allied countries, and their gold was exchdnged for these. The US started building hugd gold reserves after WW-1, and took advantage of then prevalent gold standard, or gold backing of currencies. Till 1971
