My thoughts exactly. They make almost anyone feel uncomfortable anyways, shit I'm uncomfortable watching Devoin be uncomfortable setting there trying to spend time with Nova and being mean mugged, side eyed, interrogated, and lectured. I feel like they set out to make it the most uncomfortable for him and to try to keep him from wanting to be in Nova's life at all. For the show, or just their true intentions if that's the real case, who knows maybe a bit of both. And no Devoin isn't a angel, but I'm sure as hell glad he has stuck around, it's sad hes gotta deal with all 3 of them until nova is grown, but he's stuck it out this long, I hope he continues. They've harrassed Devoin to death and he's still trying to be in Novas life, and yet Briana gave the daddy parenting role to Luis on a silver plate and he's no where to be found 99.9% of the time. What a joke!

@@princesskai13 This is another problem I have with Briana. Briana brings all of these men around her kids and none of them end up being lasting relationships. Every season Briana has a new guy. Nova is 11 years old and she has already seen 4 guys pass through her life. First it was Luis, then it was Javi, after that it was John, then after that it was Javi #2 and look now none of those men are in the picture. They are nowhere to be found. Devoin however has been with one person consistently for the last 6 years. Nova only knows Devoin with one woman. He has never brought multiple women around Nova. Unlike Briana he stuck to one and I'm sure most likely he will end up marrying her.

He said Roxanne kept trying to get him to leave talking about he should go home to rest or eat or something of that nature. That was her plan to get him to leave so he wouldn’t be there to sign the birth certificate. So he left and went to the lobby or the first floor or something like that. He left the room, but he didn’t leave the hospital.

I want to cry they’re so terrible to Devoin, people screw up but he didn’t deserve any of that. I feel like Brianna invited him over to tell him she didn’t want Nova around him just to start drama. Her sister wasn’t home & she was bored.

At around 8mins mark Roxanne says "Im stressing. You think that kid is going to go down without a fight?" SAYS IT ALL! They knew that he would fight for his baby. They knew he loved her but they pushed back every second of the way with the purpose to bring him down so they could be in control and have Nova to themselves! They are sick! That's why Im team Devoin and most importantly TEAM NOVA cuz she needs her mom AND dad! If they told Luis to stay away he would disappear without a fight with the quickness!

The one thing that has always stuck out for me was she didn’t want to get child support after she found out that it would grant him legal rights. She wanted complete control. I really like the way Devoin talks to Nova and explains things to her. It’s educational and fun.

I like how devoin handle the situation with nova about her forgetting her homework , he talk very calmly with her and made sure she understood he wasn’t upset with her but she needed to be better about not forgetting things. Brianna should give him way more credit than she does.

Devoin is literally such a good man. The fact that he even enjoys time with Stella speaks volumes. Briana needs to wake up and realize what her mother and sister have done to her relationship with her daughters father. I think if you took Brittany and her mother out of the equation she would have an amazing co parent relationship with Devoin.

She was mad cause he didnt want to be with her and Nova suffered because of it. She can’t go to his house because she doesn’t know his family, but then she complains that Nova doesn’t know his family. And then they argue about it in front if the kid like what?!!

I think Devoin has a lot of anxiety. I think them screaming at him everytime he is calm increases his anxiety as to why he never wants to be around them.

I feel like she was upset that he never really wanted to be with her especially after that baby he wanted to be around for the baby but didn’t want any type of relationship other then a co parenting relationship

This family is the prime example of why we need to bring fathers back into our homes

Looking back it is scary how they tried to exclude Devoin out of his own child’s life WOW. I didn’t even realise it at the time

Roxy told Brit and Bri they had the same dad their whole lives and only found out in 2016 that they had different fathers and Brit's dad died. Roxy also hid from them that Briana has half siblings she never knew about. The coven all still live happily together. The way Devoin has been treated isn't nearly as bad as what Roxanne has done, so seeing the show won't change much of anything for Nova. She knows her father and loves him, so she's fine

Ok so she said her child notices that she’s black and doesn’t like her hair. And she needs to be around Devon’s family. But then the next scene, she says Nova can’t come to his house. Which is it? And his critique regarding her not having a father is an accurate one. Because she lacked a father figure for most of her life, she interacts with the fathers of her children in a hostile manner.

The fact that Luis was never in a good place with Bri and never was apart of his child’s life, but Stella was born with his name. But Devon has to work to give Nova his last name is crazy. And after 6-7 years 🤦🏾‍♀️

Brianna screams bitter. Devoin is trying to be the best dad he knows how to be and it’s not good enough for her but it does seem to satisfy nova which is all that matters.

I mean i get that devoin wasnt around alot when nova was younger but he seems to have grown up and i feel like he would have been around more back then if they didnt make it so tense all the time. I get some of their frustrations with him but they made it alot harder for him.

I agree with that and Bri not giving Nova Devion's last name out of spite because he left the hospital for a few hours to play basketball 🙄 is wrong. Unfortunately, when any man gets with Bri, it's her way or no way. They are also dating mom and sister too because they are always around with their 2 cents. Imo the lack of any father figure for Bri & her sister says a lot. At least Devion tries. Bri gets in the way every time. Nova will become an adult and see everything clear. I HATE how Briana acts, but I'll give her this: she was SO cute when she was young with her little pixie cut and no plastic surgery. Such a good look for her!

“You think that kid is gonna go without fighting” that should show that this man loves his child. He was young. What teenager knew how to be a father right away? When Brianna was with the baby alone, she was crying to her mom saying she needs help. Why is it wrong for devoin to need help? Anyway, I’m glad he never stopped fighting!
