Brian May is a very kind guy. He was kind to Freddie Mercury's family, before Freddie Mercury's mum, and dad died. Brian May has a kind heart.

No he didn't. He was fumbling and struggling throughout and the singer had two difficult tasks: 1. To maintain her timing while he fiddled and 2. To compete with his volume and him taking over the performance to be the centre of attention. She did an excellent job with Harrison's classic - despite May. Frankly, if he left the musicians to their job and played bass it would have been far better and allowed the singer's beautiful performance to shine. Still what can one expect from this old fashioned prima donna? Time he was tucked up in an old people's home: he was dressed for bed anyway...

I would be willing to bet some of the greatest classical music authors would have praised this masterpiece.

Why has Her Majesty not knighted this great Englishman. He has all of the necessary attributes: he has attained the highest level of achievement in his principal field of endeavour and in doing so brought honour to his nation, has impeccable character, is inclusive, and esteemed the whole world over.

Brian May’s guitar playing style is the most distinctive I have ever heard. I could probably close my eyes and listen to various riffs played by him and other top guitarists and pick his out.

George Harrison wrote some beautiful songs and Ringo Starr also wrote some good songs . I remember hearing Joe Cocker sing I Get By With a Little Help From My Friends That was such an incredible performance . And so many can sing Yellow Submarine which my learned colleague has just informed me that Ringo didn't write 😲 too and I love Octopuses Garden , there is a kind of charm to Ringo's works . I personally think My Guitar Gently Weeps and All Things Must Pass are amongst George Harrison's finest songs and for me Here Comes The Sun will always remind me of how I felt after the winter of 1962 /63 .

Ringo didn't write any part of 'With a Little Help' or 'Yellow Submarine'. He did write the lyrics for 'Octopus's Garden'.

I saw Brian play this a couple of times on his tours with kerry Ellis a few years back. These were generally small venues, one I remember well was a leisure centre in Grantham ! Seeing someone of his talent in a 200 seat venue is something I will never forget.

As legend has it, Frank Sinatra once called Something "the perfect song." This performance does it justice. Wonderful.
