I was skeptical, but tbh once it got going I actually got a little choked up. I think when you consider that the song war written at a time when Brian was very depressed, watching an older Brian who has come through the other side on stage with his younger self is super poignant. Much love ❤

Brought me to tears....time goes by in the blink of an eye. I think all aging musicians wish they could go "Back To the Light" before the end...

As much of a tragedy that COVID has been, I must say I would never have come to know Queen and Brian May as I do now without the quarantine. Staying home and learning to use the internet as I have, has been a blessing in disguise. You have brought me through many dark days. At 73, I can enjoy and love music that was so much a part of my history.

Sir Brian… I’ve had this album since it was new and I had the unique opportunity to see your impromptu free concert at the Agora in Cleveland, Ohio. Your performance was exceptional and I waited outside the theater for a chance to meet you. I spoke with Cozy Powel, first and then you came out to greet fans later. I had a chance to compliment your playing and your work as a producer and you seemed to be genuinely touched by my comments. Truly one of the most exciting and memorable times of my life. You have been an inspiration to me as a guitarist, a songwriter and as a producer throughout my own career. Thank you for remaining true to who you are and for sharing your gifts with the world so generously.

Ufff... Goosebumps and tears. 30 years passed as one moment.

Brian, the world is a better place due to you finding your way back to the light. We are all so glad you did! It's awesome to see "now" Brian going back to visit "young" Brian, to let him know that leaving the darkness behind was well worth it. You have done more than be a "rock star," you've made your life count, and that makes those you've lost (Your dad, Freddie) proud of you. I also loved the tribute to Cozy Powell, a great drummer also gone too soon.

It talks about your depression and how you were struggling with a divorce and your life was in turmoil. You went yo your cabin woth no distractions and wrote your music . Truly the music within. Brian put an amazing band together for this album/tour. The stupendous Cozy Powell (RIP) on the drums, the highly experienced Neil Murray on bass,the completely hatstand Spike Edney on keyboards,the unknown Jamie Moses as a second guitarist,the talented & beautiful backing singers Cathy Porter & Shelley Preston. And most importantly, Brian himself. A stellar band, that put on an amazing show. Good times

What a beautiful concept for this music video! That moment at the end where Brian gently rests his arm on the shoulder of his past self. It illustrates well what I’m sure Brian is feeling when looking back fondly on the man he was then. All of the anxieties and dreams of that younger man I’m sure are things he still reflects on to this day. It seems quite appropriate for the song with the line, ”It’s still the same old me inside”, and makes my heart swell with joy to see Brian now doing what he does, in that same gentle, radiant manner. Fantastic!

Brian, this is absolutely unreal in so many ways. You have managed to capture what it feels like to grow old, and yet inside we are still the same as so many years ago. I try to explain it to my kids, and now grandkids, and they cannot possibly begin to understand. I look in the mirror and do not recognize the old woman looking back at me. NO ONE has been able to explain it better than you. Thank you, once again for the gift of your music...and the bit of real-time travel. ( By the way...good one with the ento lullabye. When your Dad sings "we will rock you." in your infancy, and he is Brian May...you know you are in for a rockin life!)

OMG That was amazing! I have a feeling I will watch this 1000 times in the next few days. Being a Queen fan since 1975, this just hit me right between the eyes and in my heart. Brian never fails to amaze. When he puts his arm around his 1992 self.......I broke down. Our lives have been made more special, amplified even, by icons like Brian. Long may he live.

@@shahaffiq5860 The first time I saw Queen was 1973, they were support band with Mott the Hoople, the following day I went to the nearest record shop to buy the album. The next time I saw them was 1974 when they were the headline band, (I think a band called Mr Big supported them). Everytime I have ever seen them play live they blew me away. I have seen many top bands over the years, Bowie, T.rex, Paul McCartney, Deep Purple, Sabbath, really too many to mention, but Queen performing live have always been head and shoulders above all of them. Sadly now I am too old to do stadiums and my hearing is deteriorating as I also played in rock bands, but I have some great memories.

So Beautiful Brian May . So so beautiful as only you can do . Love to hear you Brian

I remember getting the cd of this (still have it and still listen to it in the car) as a teen and loving it. When I got the vhs of this I was blown away by the band. My heart really goes out to Brian in this video as it must be so hard watching this and missing Cozy Powell so much. If you’re reading Brian, thank you for this album. It’s one of my favourites and got me through tricky times as a kid and as an adult. Thank you 🙏

That lullaby is beautiful at the beginning. First I thought it was a Christmas carol originally. The pandemic, all the sad things what you had to go through, all your hopes was there, you put everything into this clip. It became wonderful. I just bought the "Made In Heaven" album, the last Queen album and it amazed me, absolutely beautiful. I'm sure it was very hard to make it. You are a very strong man with a sensitive soul. Absolutely brilliant. I remember seeing Brain’s band in Brixton and I was blown away then. This is very special. I was also very privileged in seeing Queen many times over the years. My dad taking me to see them in 1978 at Earls Court, and then telling my Mum in the morning “that he’d never seen nothing like it before in his life” what a show that was. Hope to see Brian and Queen next year. Well done Bri!
