I wonder how he must feel, playing that song so many years after he wrote it, and having all those people sing along to every single world with the same passion and fire that it was probably conceived with. The smile on his face when he stops singing near the end says it all. I hope Gaslight get back together for more regular shows soon.

Little late but how was the show? Although witnessing Gaslight on stage many times prior, I saw him live, solo, for the first time in 2016 in Montreal and was kind of disappointed. After watching so many ‘’live’’ videos on KZread, I was expecting more interactions/Brian Fallon’ish talking but I got a ‘’get on stage, play the set and get fuck out’’ kind of show. Left me bitching in the streets on Montreal at 2am. Maybe it was a shitty night? IDK. Still love his work tho.

@@bobbydubbs7332 Little late too and it's been a while but I had a great time. He talked quite a bit, typical Brian banter. I have a feeling that those "heartless"-feeling shows are due to venue curfews and Brian's just trying to find a balance there between giving people who came a good time and what they paid for (less banter). Also, I think it's got a lot to do with how the crowd reacts to what he does. (Not always tho, I'm not quite sure.) Anyway, that's my 2 cents and I spent way too much time thinking about it lol. Cheers! There will always be more and less satisfying shows.
