Brewing a Muntons Connoisseurs Bock Beer | Can to Glass

I brew the Muntons Connoisseurs Bock Beer, using the kit, 1 kilo of Brew Enhancer and 1 pack of Crossmyloof Kolsch yeast and give my (not so) expert opinion of the finished product at the end.

I did all grain for years, and had a break for the last 4 years, but back in the saddle now. These kits of today have come on in leaps & bounds, I did a Dunkel kit the other month and it came out brilliant, so after your vid I'm going to order this kit and give it a go....cheers.

Yep, you're right the kits are generally pretty decent these days. If you're an AG brewer you might be slightly underwhelmed, but the Bock was pretty good if I remember rightly. Hope you enjoy it and happy brewing. 🍻

Hey mate, love your videos, am on my own homebrew journey myself, albeit in Western Australia. I'm originally from Gillingham, Kent, so I'm guessing not too far from where you are based? I am slowly transitioning from extract to grain, and experimenting with hops as well. Keep up the videos mate, love 'em. Currently getting a Munich lager together.

Hi Mate. Ah right, small World. I'm in Gravesend. I've spent a bit of time in Australia and very nearly emigrated at one point - love the place! I do a mix of extract but do all grain BIAB when I have more time. Good luck with the Munich lager. Cheers!

Hello, it seems really nice beer. Is it ok to leave this yeast in a room and how long can you left this yeast at room temperature without open it? Or should we put it in a refrigerator until using?

Hi. Thanks for watching. That's a really good question. I don't store my yeast in the fridge, but I tend to use them within a week or so of ordering. But I've used yeast that has be n stored at room temperature for over a year recently without any problems.
