If you had watched the bodycam footage then you would know that’s not true. Walker claimed at the scene that Breonna had fired the shot. So swat went in to secure her and the house and a medic was brought in straight after the apartment had been cleared. When the swat guy said ‘she’s done’ she had already been declared dead by the medic and the swat guy was saying that she was done in terms of protocol and that her body and the scene needed to be preserved at that point. He wasn’t saying she’s done as in dead- everyone knew she was dead, she done in terms of crime scene protocols. People like to twist things to fit their narrative and call anyone who challenges that narrative, racist and evil. At the end of the day we all have to live with the words we say but some of us make sure that what we say isn’t out of ignorance.

The response after the cops searched the apt with Breonna lying shot or already dead on the floor, “she’s done”. I think the police didn’t rush in after shooting was because they thought they’d killed all occupants. From the time they heard what they thought was someone breaking into their apartment til the cops actually entered the apartment, Kenneth Walker had time to call his mother, 911 & Breonna’s mother. 🤦‍♀️

The fact that this man calls 911 and says, something is happening and he doesn't know what's going on, speaks volumes. They are FINALLY pressing charges against the cops.

If you hear the full story you’ll understand that it’s a very unfortunate situation but no one can really be blamed. The police had a no knock warrant so even if they didn’t announce themselves they literally didn’t have to. We cannot blame Kenneth for shooting as he was defending his home but we also cannot blame the officers for returning fire as they were fired upon first. Just a terrible situation. Now cops are required to have a basic life saving certificate, which means CPR should of at least and could have been administered. Did anyone else hear what the body cam caught at 5:06? The officer said "your going to prison..." that's even after it was stated that it was unfortunate that Walker wasn't hit. This is how we're treated. Presumed guilty all the time. Kentucky has "stand your ground" laws and Castle Doctrine laws in place, which makes this even more tragic. Where is the protection for lawful citizens?

@4C Chick I'm not questioning him at all. I'm questioning why the police would shoot 30+ rounds into an apartment after Kenneth fired one shot, striking an officer. They waited long enough for him to make three phone calls to go secure the scene while standing right outside the door. They didn't even go inside, he went outside still not knowing what was going on.

@@krblumentable There was no trials. Trials are a public event. There is the grand jury proceedings to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial. This is a secretive process in which the DA Cameron presents what he feels is evidence this is a secretive and subjective process. One of the persons on the jury has began to speak out on deceptive practices employed by the District Attorney Cameron. The District Attorney is fighting against this juror. Get your facts together. There was no trial!

She want an emt and worked for a private organization when she was killed. Get your facts half way right. Stop defending criminal behavior.
