Two things. First, shoplifting clothes is no big deal these days. Second, notice how the owner plans on calling her parents. Back in those days, we feared our parents more than the police. I know I sure did.

@@CadeD679 You can't steal someone who wants to go , Dylan even told Kelly that . Brenda purposely made out with her friend's boyfriend because she wanted him , this was before she came to BH ( Slumber party episode ) . Kelly's my fave & yeah she made some poor choices but everyone including Brenda ( who i like as well ) made poor choices too .
