I am from Udi LGA in Enugu state. I know my last 4 generations from my dad’s side, their names, some of their houses, and where some of them were buried. I also know last 2 generations from my mom’s side. I know families where both of grandmas were married from. We still visit there. I am still grateful to my dad and his bro for documenting these. I forgot to add that I know how to speak my dialect and general Igbo language.

My great- grandfather was a Yuroba from Abiokuta, Nigeria. He and his sisters settled in Sierra Leone, where I was born. Some of my aunts and uncles were born in Jos. Both sides of my family members have Yuroba and Igbo names.
