Taking my first flight on Breeze tomorrow from Louisville to Charleston SC. I have tickets for their inaugural flight from Evansville to Orlando in February

Thanks for the warm words! Great video… only one correction-Breeze did get couple of airplanes straight out the factory with WIFI installed.

Absolutely my favorite airline! 4 trips down, and 3 booked for the future at the moment and more to come. I will go out of my way to try to fly Breeze!

Wowser! So , do you think their rates will change by increasing to match the other airlines soon?

I hope not! But they probably will increase some to try and start turning a profit

I live In Mississippi and the only airport that flies close to ohio is breeze. I have to fly New Orleans to Pittsburgh but it is cheap. But downside is customer service side if you're not in the airport is impossible. It's fb chat and it can take days or hours to talk to anyone. But all airlines are doing this.

I did have to contact them and it took about a day for them to get back to me but I was able to change what I messaged them about on line. Was just having some website issues

What did allegiant ever do? There not even that bad.

The only experience I had with them was terrible. We paid for row 1 seats because we were traveling with a 15 month old so we would have extra room. I got a email saying changes were made to your flight. The app nor online would work for me to see what is going on. So I called customer service. After a 6 hr wait for them to call me back they told me all is good you have your seats as this. Well get to the airport and they try putting us in row 26 and I called them out on it. Come to find out they changed planes and now there is no row 1 and they were not going to do anything about it. Well needless to say I threw a fit and on the way back home the checkin counter lady took 30 minutes to check us in and take our bags and they done the same thing on this flight and screwed us out of our seats. Not happy at all and will never fly with them again
