I think Creme was the the best fit for the family because that's what I actually thought the foal will look like

When i first saw Fair, I was like, Woah! Looks like Spirit's dad came through. XD I really liked how Cream is a blend of Rain and Esperanza to me...^^; Sun Shade had the most interesting face markings that I've ever seen. :3 This was fun overall. Thanks for sharing. :D

I really loved this video. Can't wait for the next one I really find it funny and amazing that the 2 dark greys look like a diluted black after their paternal and maternal grandfathers Strider and Storm and the 2 greys/whites look like their maternal great grandmother Bonita who was a grey mare. Really like the Idea of Strider/Esperanza breeding to try and get Spirit and then breed him with Rein. sorry tried posting before the comments disappeared I think because I was posting a Pinterest link for family tree of Spirit and Rein. so I have just posted the family tree below this comment.

Canon Family Trees Bonita(Grey mare) + Raphael(Palomino stallion) = Sierra(Chestnut Pinto mare) + Storm(Black Pinto stallion) = Rein(Chestnut Pinto mare). Alma(Buckskin mare) + ? = Esperanza(Palomino mare) + Strider(Black stallion) = Spirit(Buckskin stallion).

Bought the Spirit Ceramic Horses as a kid. Spirit and Rain actually came with a baby that looks a lot like Creme.

i read the title as breeding me with spirit- i shall never recover.

Spirit is a dun, since he has a dorsal stripe. He could be a dunskin though, which is a combination of a dun and a buckskin.

While it is almost universally true that any Horse that has a dorsal stripe is a dun, it's not always the case. For example, there is a gene called non-dun 1 that gives the Horse a dorsal stripe, but doesn't really dilute the coat. Any other primitive markings like leg stripes, or even lightened coat besides a dorsal stripe is a surefire sign of a dun carrier. Spirit however, is a buckskin, not a dun, because there is no dun in his lineage. The only way for him to be a true dun as well, is to have at least 1 parent carrying dun, in which case, both of his parents don't. His mother is a palomino, while his father is a black horse. The dun versions of his parents would be dunalino & grullo respectively. If anything, Spirit is a guaranteed non-dun 1 buckskin.

Finally someone who has the same opinion on the new spirit show thingy, I think Creme and smoke are my favorites Creme is a pretty good blend of Rain and Spirit, there was a spirit movie that came out recently like a few months ago,I went to go watch it, the original spirit movie is much better, at the end of the new movie there was a scene that looked almost identical to one in the original spirit movie, I cried I don’t cry for really sad movies I don’t cry for movies at all, but I cried it made me so happy to see that they will put a scene in the movie that’s like the old one, it made me so happy, Spirit Stallion of the Cimmaron has been my favorite movie sence I was five and It’s still my favorite to this day

I really enjoyed watching this, thanks for sharing! Fair and Lucky actually remind me of the twin foals in the Cimarron herd!

I am so glad I am not the only one who treats games like this like really life like you said you didn't want rain to be too stressed out, I really like that and I really miss this game and wish I could play it again but it crashed 3 of my devices, like completely crashed em, one would turn on but then turn right back off in one minute, another wouldn't turn on at all, and one would turn on and stay on but it showed nothing but a white screen.

I think it would be cool to see the outcome of the foals from rain (with random studs lol)

If you did have the lineage I would understand the grey/black horses as Strider (Spirits father) was pure black. can't wait for Strider X Esperanza! You're awesome! Love ur vids :)

I really enjoyed this video. I enjoy alot of work too so this was extra fun. To be honest all the foals came out proper. The smoky twins 😍 I see being thrown by their grandsirs side. And fun fact palomino horses are made from paint base horses. I can see them throwing a white. Love it. Thank you

Abigail said that she didn't like the Spirit with the face marking and yet she named two of the horses in this video some of the names of the characters in the show. Lucky is the name of the girl that Spirit (with a face marking) befriended and Smoke is a mean horse in Spirit's herd.

When she named one of the foals sleep, and the other one time, i thought of "sleep time" HAHAH

I WAS SO UPSET SEEING THE 'new' SPIRIT DESIGN WHEN IT CAME OUT IN THE FRANCHISE AND NO ONE ELSE SEEMED UPSET ABOUT IT BTJJDKRKDKH THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING IT 😭

I got a spirit toy a long time ago and the box said that the spirit from spirit riding free was the son of the spirit from the movie

My favorite coat was Lucky's coat, but I think the one that mostly fitted Spirit and Rain was Smoke. Btw I absolutely love and adore your videos. I sadly dont have the desktop version and I really want to get it because you win gold from your races and other stuff, but all I get is silver. I'm very sad. 😔

Controversial ig but the new Spirit movie was amazing from the eyes of a rider myself. The liberty near the beginning where Lucky would step forward and draw back that encouraged Spirit closer is an actual technique and something I tried with a yearling myself with brilliant success. I was in near tears when I saw it during the trailers considering that so much fictional equine media is convoluted and really unrealistic and doesn’t draw on actual techniques used with getting a horse’s trust - it was like a little golden nugget that made me really happy! I adore the new movie. I can’t compare the original and the new one; they’re both brilliant in their own ways

I think Creme looked a lot like a mix between Spirit and Rain but my personal favourite was Time because she looks like my mare irl :)

Fair and Lucky look like smoky blacks---the cream gene's effect on a black coat. I have a mini smoky black 2 year old filly, and she's pretty much the same color as those 2. She was a very mousey grey color at birth. Her mom---my mare-- is solid black, and her dad is a palomino. Both of mom's parents are black, and the dad's parents are chestnut and cremello (double cream gene on chestnut). So many genetic variables; you never know what's going to come up. (Jan Griffiths).

Illusions Lap is basically my horse on this game, Puffy😂

How random that two foals turned out to be just like Spirits father when Spirit wasn't bred in the game.

Actually, he is a buckskin. The only reason he has a dorsal stripe is because he might have a gene called non-dun 1. It's like dun, but the Horse typically only gets the dorsal stripe, and no dilution to the coat. His genetics even prove he's buckskin! His mother is a palomino, and his father is black. Now, if he was also a true dun, then one of his parents would be carrying dun, which unfortunately, is not the case for either parent. Like I said before, Spirit might be non-dun 1, so one of his parents carries it. I do not see any dorsal stripe of any kind on Esperanza in the film, and because of it, I think Strider passed on non-dun 1 to Spirit.

i'm not even done watching this, and my first thought on seeing Fair was "oh nice, a grullo! i could see that as a result of breeding Spirit! rare color too!"

When my horse (Goldie) had her colt (Elvis) he was black with a white star, he changed into a blacky brown tint and just had random white hairs everywhere. The parents where both palomino.

I LOVE Illusions Lap I think she is soo pretty and I also love Time, Creme and Fair.

Fair and Lucky are believable because, Spirits dad was a black horse and they probably got the light grey-ness from Spirits mum

Just so you know in real life it is fairly common for the children to look NOTHING like the parents. We had a paint and a buckskin that produced a gray. and two dark buckskins with dorsal strips that produced a grullo

Spirits tail was Light and not black, not sure if your able to change the tail and main color but ye, idk if that would effect the outcome of the babies? Just something I noticed an didn't see anyone else point out.

i think the palomino paint fit best because it was like spirits coat but a bit darker and was a paint so i think it was the parents combined

So the black horses are smokey black. Which are completely possible with a buckskin crossed with a red based horse. The last two foals I'm not sure what they are.
