Breathtaking Drone Video of the Hudson River New York
A pleasant weekend in New York State highlighting the Hudson River. The river was known to the Mahican (Mohican) Indians as Muhheakunnuk (“Great Waters Constantly in Motion”). The Florentine navigator Giovanni da Verrazano sailed a short distance upstream in 1524, but the river came to bear the name of the Englishman Henry Hudson, who explored it in 1609.
