Amen! Thanks for doing another talk on anxiety and depression, I have been dealing with this lately, battle after battle, it has taken a toll on Me. But I have Faith that by the Blood of Jesus Christ and The Ruah of God , These bones WILL LIVE! Thanks Passion Church for always delivering the word of God and His message for His Saints!

Thank you for making this about God stepping in... and not about those that struggle with their mental health not praying enough or not having enough faith. Thank you for also speaking about practical steps people can take. Best message I've heard on this topic. Didn't feel dismissed or condemned.

Thank You, Pastor. Not too many spiritual leaders talking about the topic of anxiety / depression. I myself have struggled from anxiety, Depression and OCD, but the worst of them all is OCD, it’s diabolical. In any case, thank you for reminding me that God is still there. MY DRY BONES COULD LIVE, BREATHE ON THEM JESUS!

You’re not alone. I also suffer from OCD, anxiety, and depression, though some seasons are especially difficult. I love you, and Jesus loves you. I hope God fills with so much love and that you get to experience it on a deeper level as to heal your broken spirit.

Today, June 9, 2024 - I am asking for prayer that I can focus on the breath of God. I’m in a very very dry place right now. I am seeking help and need prayer because I’m stumbling with depression and anxiety. Thank you for this word of God today.

Hi pastor, I am Marieta Viljoen living in Swakopmunt, Namibia 🇳🇦, South West Africa. I love ❤ your sermons, given by God. The first two was: they were about the greatness of the universe- the greatness of our God. That changed my outlook on God from before I was fifty, I am eighty now. Your/God's word brought the difference. A few weeks ago my daughter was taking photos on the seaside. Not aware that she captured a image on a little stone that reminded me of the image of Laminin. I pointed 👉 it out to her.I searched for your videos to show her. Before she had come to Christ, she knows Him. Albeit she had gone through the death of daughter under suspicious circumstances. She had been under such deep depression from which she now recovering. Glory to God for His healing power.

You have no idea how much I needed this today, am about to go to the Dr to see if there's anything she can do to help with my anxiety medication, as it doesn't seem to be as effective as it was. The sermon and prayer helped give me peace in my mind and spirit, so thanks very much.

So needed today! This is the second message of yours that has been so helpful for depression. It has made a difference in my life & relationship with God. I RECOMMEND your lesson , 'I am not ok, but Jesus is ' to everyone I meet who is struggling with mental illness themselves, or someone they love. Thank you! Breathe in us Lord, as we ask you to come in & get us through another day....and yes, declare what you have done!!

This sermon hit home on sooooo many levels for me, ive been suffering with deep depression for the past 4 years when I was diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time I have had many health issues due to chemo and radiation but man did your sermon really speak to me thank you so much. I’m in that valley and can’t seem to come out of it for long before I go back. I pray, read scripture and devotionals.

when you talk about the fact you didn't talk with your best friend for nine months you isolated yourself but, it's true but you isolate them too! So when you are too busy you don't just hurt yourself but others TOO!

Quite the contrary, I believe in what God can do. I believe who God is. I expect, trust and have faith in Him so much that I can’t understand why He’s allowing this horror of 6 years continue. It’s because I know who God is that I’m confused as to why this is still happening. It makes no sense. My eyes and heart are solely on Him, therefore, no, my eyes are only on Him. I have so many praying for me. I do things when I can’t and don’t have the strength to get up. I call it forced by faith. How do I explain to you how I’ve been so confused because my eyes and hope, trust and faith is only IN HIM. In Him it’s only me getting out of this morbidity. I call out to Him, “Have mercy on me Son of David.” He is the only one. I’ve been under excruciating attack. I know the Word of God intimately. In January 1997 God asked me to memorise scriptures and scriptures and use them as prayer. I have over 40+ people for 26 years, therefore, again my focus is on Him. Only Him. I’ve tried the breathing. I truly tried. It hasn’t helped me. It’s been very traumatic.

@@annec988 - it’s wrong. It’s so wrong. Jesus came to restore, redeem, all the scriptures I pray and read about his healing, deliverance, etc. it’s just not right according to His word. It makes no sense. None of it makes sense and that’s wrong, too, because He’s our Father.

I was cured of severe depression with antibiotics by accident. "Breathing out" depression is not helpful unless a person is stressed out about something. Nowhere in the Bible does it say to breathe out depression.
