Which are best for sports? I try using the clear ones with extra strength but they always come off easily when I sweat

these are good for sleeping, the sports ones you can try the cones that go in the nose, but sometimes they hurt or do not stay in

It looks like it could also lift off blackheads when you remove the strip 😁

How do you remove the Glue after you take these off? Glue sticks to nose every time

The strips have a rigid strip with the soft tape over them so this makes them different from tape

Don't use them. Crap. Tore flesh off my nose. Left permanent scars

Are you talking about his sebaceous filaments? There's a bit of dry skin up higher but that's also not about cleansing.
