I've been playing this game nearly daily for 7/8 years and I cry Everytime I see this video... Riot really created this game from nothing, and turned it into the biggest game in the world. They came a long way and are not close to done, what an adventure ! This is history for me.

@@cristobalsapiain2709 See, thats what doesn't make sense to me. Why doesn't Noxus, as a whole, just say "Hey other regions. You know that Ruined King guy? Well he's just a nobody compared to Mordekaiser. We gotta do whatever we can to stop this guy, or it's the end of the world." instead of running around invading people's lands, brutally murdering people, destroying their homes, etc. Seems like Mordekaiser's influence on their culture was too great to overcome. And as far as ending tyrannies, they don't end them. They swap old tyrants for Noxian tyranny and market it as "freedom." A brutal meritocracy is still a tyrannical system.

If you want to try the game but don't like MOBAs, I'd recommend Legends of Runeterra (you probably realised that the video is about LoR instead of LoL), it's a great card game and you can actually learn quite a bit about the world by playing it. And they also recently released The Ruined King, wich is a turn-based RPG in the League world, I haven't played it yet but I hear it has a pretty good campaign.

What I love about this game the most is how much it has added to Runeterra - the world of League of Legends. It's not just about those champions duking it out. It's also about the common people, the street kids as well as the regular soldiers and about the magnificent places of this world.

@@aja6912 Not entirely true. Zed was, together with Shen, the best student of Kusho - the master of possibly one of the deadliest orders in Ionia at the time. Not to mention (Spoilers for the comics), he defeated Kusho not using nearly as much Shadow Magic. 'One-man army' isn't far from the truth, it is just that they have to fight him on his own ground.

That part is related to an in-game mechanic that card has which is called rally. I don't think it has anything to do with Avengers, it's just showcasing game related aspects withing the trailer. Also the eagles charging in is another mechanic called scout.

@@Maletizer That's true but at least the game is fair, with enough time you can craft anything, I unlocked every card in the game when it was in Beta except for Shen but only because I didn't want to use my WildCards on him, and that's a lot, like 300 cards almost (I am totally free, I didin't expend one single dollar)

1:50 These 2 can actually be an insane design for a champion. Basically a brother and sister playing together Switching between eachother. Imagine if basically willump could ride nunu and swap around using different spells Similar to how say Elise swaps forms but instead its these 2 kids. And swap back and forth. That could be how they work. They seem to have some abilities sorta teased. That would be an insane champ design to see. Unique and interesting.

Ice Climbers in League, heck yeah

For this 3 years of the game I just want to say thank you to all the people hating worked on it. It’s been an honour to play the game, having fun and grinding in the ranked and also chilling in the path of the champions. Maybe not the greatest game of all time but for me it was one of the greatest game I played in my life. I will not be sad for the fact they will slow the game down and probably we will not see new champions, but I will smile remembering how this game gave me so many good moments. Thanks to all the rioter that worked on it I really hope this is not the end and the game will have the opportunity to shine again in the future.

the animation looks like CHICKEN RUN styL Darius face here is kinda bad not trully as his original looks but they put his original voice. MOST LAME video with him was when they invade on king, they dint put even the original voice actor , and his teeth was like door (lol )

I don't think this trailer has anything to do with lore. I mean, demacia allied with Noxus and piltover/Zaun vs Ionia allied with the shadow isles? Doesn't sound to me like its lore friendly.

It's actually not lore all of this, but Ayachi is right. The first scene could happen because Ionia and Noxus are in a constant war and, well, Zed is from Ionia, and Darius from Noxus.
