1 min in and it’s already a great watch. I love your musical (styles) I hope you do more of these song breakdowns. They are extremely interesting and it’s really nice to see how the songs come together. I watched your One Chance breakdown and that was also bloody great. You are a true musician. 🤗

@@phaeleh the Album is bloody beautiful. I’m loving it. The first 4 tracks you put out are perfect and I love a new day and need to feel is a stunner. Been in my head since I first heard it. I honestly don’t know how you do it. So many styles and so consistent. I’ve only heard 1 track I’m not keen on. The rest are great / epic. I hope the album sells loads and can’t wait to hear what’s comin in the future. Oh I’m still waiting on A World Without from Poland. Been nearly 2 weeks and I’m hoping it’s not gone missing. I’d feel bad to try claim refund from PayPal IF it means seller may lose money but also will be annoyed to lose out. Anyway congratulations on another incredible album release. ❤️
Not sure why I never checked out your channel but I'm glad you're still making music. Deep Within has been my goto track for checking out new sound systems for years and years.

Well I appreciate you swinging by. Unfortunately I only made this channel around 2012/2013 so missed out on getting a lot of people here whilst there was a small 'buzz', so I think a lot of people don't know there's stuff here. Glad that Deep Within is still getting some spins and helping tune the systems!

what headphones are those that you got? Looks to be some senns but not sure which ones?

I just use my DJ headphones for these streams, which are HD25s. I use other ones when making tunes, they're just a bit heavier and open-backed so not as viable when there's a microphone being used!
Just wondered do you use any sidechain on that bass for the kick in the break or do you eq drums and bass to sit together?
@phaeleh

Honestly it's different with every tune. This track has no sidechain at all, which is how I usually do things. I think with this track, my mentality was that people making the old ravey tunes just slamming through a mackie and recording to dat definitely weren't using sidechain. I do sidechain things much more these days in general though, but traditionally would try to keep the kicks from being too boomy and sitting nicely above the sub. Best of both worlds is probably the way to go!
