It caps at about 30 seconds, unfortunately. It is possible to have a cat cannon with this recharge and without cat combos if you make it lv9 + 10, plus all treasures and stuff. However, in this case you can't have max upgrades in the other cannons at ototo corps (lvl 10 is max).

the sound is part of the game so obviously it would match

2:05 Instead of using the japanese exclusive combo, you could do hecks angels + spinners because that's 3 slots (unicycle is in both combos), and two small combos makes 20% instead of 1 medium which makes 15%. so the max would actually be 35%, making btrain go at ~115 speed

Whats sad is there seems to be a limit to the cat cannon recharge. For example, if you use BCSFE, you can get a wallet of like 500+500, and have like 60000 wallet or something (idk the exact number). But even with 500+500 cannon recharge, its still like 30 seconds or so (i also dont know the exact number) but its unfortunately not 0, or anything close. Similar to unit cooldowns, the absolute minimum is 2, even with 500+500 unit recharge
