Great analysis! I'm glad you also touched on the advantages of the 1kb from Liberty. My favorite usage of Liberty is still probably F50, as he can stand against Sirrel without getting interrupted first and dishing out big damage against Uril. I think one thing worth mentioning though is also Juliet's freeze talent. Specifically her level 1, where it increases her base freeze duration from 4 seconds to 4.8 seconds (not counting fruit treasures). Since it's not an unlock talent, it's an extremely cheap talent to own for only 10NP, it makes her freeze lasts what basically feels forever, and due to her fast recharge speed, it's actually not hard to permafreeze once a single juliet procs. Of course unfortunately this is only relevant against a couple stages, but I think it's worth mentioning anyways. This is a very rare case of level 1 talents suddenly giving a massive boost for no reason.

Wow you actually saw this video, that's cool. I should probably have covered Juliet's freeze talent more as you described, but brushed it off here cause I thought it costed a big chunk of NP to unlock, when it actually doesn't. Looking at the level 1 freeze talent, the base duration from 4 to 4.8 seconds becomes 5.76 seconds with all ItF fruits and due to Juliet's attack cycle being 2.83 seconds, the 10 NP investment allows Juliet to keep an enemy fully permafrozen through a missed proc, as two attack cycles combine to about 5.66 seconds. You probably already know this, but I'm just leaving it out here for anyone who sees it in the comments.

Finally, the video that Liberty needed. I’ve adopted Liberty into a lot of my strategies and nearly every time I do so someone asks why I’m using Liberty. I actually find more parallels in Liberty to Macho Legs than MKD. They’re both midrangers who are cost-efficient and have low cooldowns, but Liberty has significantly better stats overall. I’d highly recommend early game players to get it since it takes care of R. Ost really easily (especially in Realm of Carnage) and later on can be used to great effect against Condemned Peng and Rajakong.

I discovered how strong liberty is because i like to see how long a unit takes to beat ch 1 moon and my jaw was on the floor when they deleted the face from existence in 10 sec flat

Funnily enough, Liberty's pre-TF (Kendo) actually helped me a lot to beat The Bathroom in SOL on my current savefile since I didn't have many cheap options to deal with R. Ost at the time

This was a good video, and I always like it when players experiment with different cats instead of just using whatever's the meta for that point in the game. Do you have any plans for a sequel video? There are quite a lot of cats that most players seem to think are bad when they're really not, from Normals like Macho Legs in the late-game to more elusive units like Prisoner or Radical.

Thanks for doing this. Its always good to see liberty getting some love

well this is pretty good to know currently trying to beat itf chapter 3, and i'm grinding like hell to get units ready for moon 3 (which i'm trying to beat without crazed bahamut), and also CoTC. i've been trying to get Fencer to a level where they can true form as well, but first i'm trying to TF sanzo and ramen. EDIT: I DID IT!!! i had bahamut on the slots but i didn't use it at all. Ended up stalling R-bahamut with 5 meatshields and bora.

​@@ViolentlyPetrus ITF chapter 3 was the easiest one for me (for me difficulty is chapter 2 > chapter 1 > chapter 3), you just need 5 meatshield to permastall awakened bahamut and get something to kill peons, i know I'm late but i just want to share lol

@@pithin3625 here's the thing my guy All my meatshields are either too expensive (rover 2, ramen, nono, ninja, and technically eraser/crazed wall) or too low level, except mohawk and gato amigo. (Singer, pumpcat, awa-odori, crazed cat, lil' cat, lil' wall) So pretty much i just had to do it with like a level 1 crazed cat, mohawk, c. Wall, eraser and rover On my last attempt before doing so i tried catcombos (more specifically biobone and bouncing four) but it didn't end up well because the units i left on the bottom row weren't very cheap so i ended up in a cash starve Decided to check how others did it and then i did so. Now i'm waiting for bombergirl so i can actually start doing advent stages

Another usage of Juliet is against St. dober in stages like Microscope bridge and Diversity, Alkilinity, but the problem is the DAMN SURGES
