On an interesting show today, it was mentioned how the testing A+B samples are collected and tested. It also it showed how and why such a small amount of ostarine is tracked in a urine sample. It stated that a fighter may, prior to camp and the testing cycle being implemented by VADA may take and cycle through an ostarine 'program'. When the fighter is to go into camp, they then switch a few weeks prior onto 'micro dosing'. This then keeps the fighters gains without being able to be picked up in the urine testing. The reason is that when micro dosing the ostarine is stored in the fat and not released. It is / can be picked up in extremely small amounts when a fighter is cutting weight / boiling down in the short period leading up to the fight ... he called it leaching

Bro I don’t know why this podcast host was being so rude to one of the callers earlier that he was speaking to. I felt the caller was making a valid point when he stated that if this negative hair test is legit and Garcia”s team could prove that the supplements he took were contaminated with Ostraine. Then Garcia might end up getting a lighter suspension. The max sentence would probably be 6 months. Whether it was intentional or unintentional, Garcia will be suspended no matter what because Ostraine is illegal. That’s all the caller was trying to say, but again the host gets angry for no reason just because the caller doesn’t agree with his narrative. 🤦🏽‍♂️👎🏾

We gotta see if these supplements that he took apparently during camp were dirty or not. Now if these supplements come back clean and does not have Ostraine in it, then Ryan should be suspended for at least 2 years. Especially if he is unable to provide any clear evidence of how he got Ostraine into his system. 💯

Canelo got suspended for a year at first for the tainted meat situation, but then eventually reduced to six months. The same thing could happen to Ryan as well, if the supplements come back dirty and has no ingredients on the bottle showing Ostraine.

The amount found in his system does not equal the amount he took... It's just what was left in his system after the fact. The limit is 0.1ng because that amount could be from a tainted supplement... 6ng is completely unacceptable because the body doesn't produce the chemical.
