What is the point in development if people cannot enjoy it because of war???? Israel and Palestine is an example. Sometimes some of you comment like you are wiser than the elderly. Go and look at what Israel has done to Palestine buildings, is that what you want?? America is the most developed but people live in fear and die like chickens from road side shootings every day.
