    सामान्य दंड लगाने में हाथो की grip या पकड़ बराबर न हो तो दंड लगाने में दिक्कत होती हैं। आप हो सके तो दंड लगाने के लिए हाथो और पैरो की पकड़ के लिए कोई इक्विपमेंट या साधन बनाना चाहिए जैसे कि push up bar। योग के चतुरंग दंडासन से ही दंड और push up प्रेरित है। यह एक सुझाव है।
